Keyless car? Test the pouch.

A purpose-built Faraday pouch can block the signal used in relay theft, but test it by sealing the fob inside and checking that the car stays locked. Loose kitchen foil is not a tested enclosure, so do not rely on a homemade foil pocket.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the return policy?

We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns on all of our products — we just ask that items come back in the same condition you received them, and that you cover the return postage. Faulty or warranty items are different: we cover those, with a pre-paid return label and a replacement or refund in line with our warranty policy and Australian Consumer Law.

What about warranty?

Our items are covered by a 12-month warranty provided by CamGuard Australia - this means we handle warranties directly with customers instead of redirecting you to manufacturers :)
We know how important these devices are to your household - therefore we try to minimise your downtime in the rare occurrence you experience a product failure. We cover postage for confirmed warranty faults and choose the delivery service case by case, based on the item and circumstances. View our warranty policy for further details.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment, and orders placed before 2pm Queensland time on a business day usually go out the same day. Weekends and public holidays aren't business days. In busy periods like Christmas, Easter and big sales, it can take up to 3 business days. Pre-orders go out in the timeframe shown on the product page.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet and you've changed your mind, just email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Orders are sent from Townsville, Queensland. Delivery time is on top of dispatch and depends on Australia Post and your postcode - their postage calculator will give you an estimate.
