About our Renewed range
Where it comes from. Our Manufacturer Renewed stock is sourced directly from Anker, the maker of eufy, through its official refurbishment program. Every unit is professionally refurbished and tested by the manufacturer before it reaches us. None of it is third-party repair work, and none of it is marketplace returns of unknown history.
How we grade. We inspect what arrives and grade each unit Excellent, Good or Fair. The grade always sits in the product title, anything used is explicitly called used, and the specific condition is described on the listing itself, so what arrives matches what you read.
Where you stand. Under Australian Consumer Law, refurbished goods must match how they are described, and consumer guarantees apply to them just as they do to new goods, taking the described condition and price into account. Our grading is built around that principle, and every Renewed unit also carries the same 12-month CamGuard warranty as our brand-new stock, handled here in Australia.

Why are your prices below eufy's RRP?
Structure, not shortcuts. We buy eufy multi-camera kits in volume and split them into individual components (that's our New No Box range), and we carry Manufacturer Renewed stock from Anker's official refurbishment program. Both routes cost less than boxed retail units, and the saving is passed on.
What does each condition grade mean?
Brand New is factory sealed. New Open-box is brand new and unused, just opened or repackaged. New (Box Damaged) is brand new with cosmetic damage to the retail box only. New No Box is a brand-new unit split from a multi-camera kit and supplied without individual retail packaging. Manufacturer Renewed has been professionally refurbished and tested through Anker's official program, and carries a sub-grade in the title: Excellent means near-new with light handling marks at most, Good means clean and fully tested with some visible signs of use, and Fair means fully functional with honest cosmetic wear, priced accordingly. Anything used is explicitly called used in the product title, with the exact condition spelled out in the listing description. Every grade carries the same 12-month CamGuard warranty.
Where does the Renewed stock come from?
Directly from Anker, the maker of eufy, through its official refurbishment program. Each unit is professionally refurbished and tested by the manufacturer before it reaches us. We then grade every unit as Excellent, Good or Fair, put the grade in the product title and describe the condition in the listing. They are not third-party repairs and not marketplace returns of unknown history.
Do New No Box items include all the accessories?
Yes. New No Box and Manufacturer Renewed items come with the same contents as the boxed version of that product, except the quick-start guide may be a copy printed by us. Any exception is stated clearly on the product page.
What warranty do I get?
A 12-month CamGuard Australia warranty on every product, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Warranty claims are handled by us in Australia, so there is no overseas back-and-forth.
How fast is shipping?
