Where do orders leave from?
Orders are dispatched from Townsville, Queensland. That describes our fulfilment location, not the manufacturing origin of every product.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
For in-stock orders placed before 2pm Queensland time, we aim for same-business-day dispatch. Please allow up to one business day. Pre-orders dispatch when stock arrives, and peak periods can take 1–3 business days. Delivery time then depends on the service and destination.
Who handles a warranty claim?
CamGuard does. Our 12-month warranty is provided by CamGuard Australia and applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The current warranty policy sets out the process and terms.
Will you always recommend something you sell?
No. If nothing in stock clears the requirements you give us, the honest answer is to explain what you need and say that we do not currently have it.
