Memory/Storage
More room for recordings: the eufy 1TB drive for HomeBase 3 and microSD cards for standalone cameras, dispatched from Townsville.
More about eufy storage ▾
Where your footage lives depends on your setup. HomeBase 3 has 16GB built in and a drive bay for a 2.5-inch hard drive, up to 16TB. Standalone cameras such as the indoor cams save to a microSD card instead, and HomeBase Mini takes one too.
More storage means more recordings kept before space runs out, with nothing to pay each month. Every item carries a 12-month CamGuard warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights, and ships from Townsville.
Questions we get asked
Will the 1TB drive work in my HomeBase 3?
Yes, it's made for HomeBase 3's drive bay. HomeBase 3 also accepts other 2.5-inch SATA drives that run on 5V, up to 16TB.
What size microSD card does my camera take?
It depends on the camera, so check its listing. The Indoor Cam E30, for example, takes up to 128GB, and HomeBase Mini takes up to 1TB.
Can I use a bigger card than my camera lists?
Stick to the size on the listing. A card larger than the camera supports may not be recognised.
Which SanDisk card should I pick?
32GB suits a single, quiet camera, and 64GB gives you more history for busy spots. Just make sure the size is within your camera's limit.
Why is the usable space less than the label?
Part of the built-in storage holds the system software. eufy notes this on HomeBase Mini, where usable space is a little under the 8GB.
