The trick is matching the plug: newer eufy cameras charge over USB-C and older ones use Micro-USB, so check your camera before choosing a panel or cable. Every accessory carries a 12-month CamGuard warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights, and ships from Townsville.

Which solar panel fits my camera?

Match the plug. USB-C cameras such as the SoloCam S340 and eufyCam S3 Pro use the 3W T8705 panel. Micro-USB cameras such as the eufyCam 2C Pro use the 2.6W T8703 Micro-USB panel.

How far can the panel be from the camera?

The 3W panel's cable is 2 m. If the sunny spot is further away, the genuine 3 m USB-C extension cable adds reach.

Do your New No Box panels include camera adapters?

No. They come with the panel, its lead, the bracket and screws. The small adapter gaskets in eufy's retail box are only needed for older cameras with exposed ports.

What does the Smart Display do?

It's an 8-inch screen for viewing your eufy cameras and doorbell at home without picking up your phone. Check the listing for which HomeBase or system it pairs with.

Do SmartTrack trackers need a HomeBase?

No. SmartTrack Link and SmartTrack Card work over Bluetooth with your phone, with no hub needed.

Which mount do I need?

A pole mount straps the camera to a post, and a corner mount sits it on the outside corner of a wall for a view down two sides. Check the listing for which cameras each bracket suits.
