Eufy describes the alarm as loud enough to hear through covers or from another room. It helps finish a nearby search once the map has done the broad positioning.
There is no ultra-wideband directional arrow. The final route still involves ears and possibly lifting one cushion.

Can I use this with Android or Google’s finding network?
Apple Find My global-network tracking is Apple-only and this product does not join Google’s finding network; selected nearby functions remain available through the eufy Security app on Android.
Does the map update as continuous live GPS?
No. The Link has no GPS, SIM or cellular connection. It broadcasts through Bluetooth, and nearby participating Apple devices can anonymously report detections. Find My can show useful reported location information, but the update rate depends on network encounters and it is not a live continuous movement trail.
How do I finish the nearby search?
Open the Link in Find My and choose the sound control. Its built-in alarm is intended to be heard through covers or from another room, helping locate an item nearby. It does not include ultra-wideband directional guidance, so the final few metres remain a short listening level.
What can a person scanning the QR code see?
The integrated code can display the return contact details you decide to provide. It does not hand a finder your private Find My location history. Configure only the contact information needed for a safe return, and update it when your details change.
How often does the battery level restart?
Eufy rates the replaceable CR2032 for up to approximately one year in normal use. Alarm activity, environment and settings affect real life. Fit a fresh standard coin cell in the correct orientation according to the guide when required instead of replacing the whole SmartTrack.
Is following a person or pet an available mode?
No such use is offered here. SmartTrack Link is an item finder for personal belongings and consented shared property, not a covert people tracker or live pet GPS product. Use it lawfully, obtain consent and respect the safety notifications in the Apple ecosystem.
When does the dispatch timer stop?
CamGuard Australia does its best to send orders the same day. Same-day to one business day is our typical dispatch window, although busy periods can occasionally extend it. Tracking is supplied after lodgement from Townsville, Queensland, and Australia Post delivery time begins afterwards.
