Wired power is required: eufy lists AC 16–24 V, 30 VA on its international page, and the backup battery doesn't make it a battery doorbell. Hardwiring in Australia should be done by a licensed electrician. Australian requirements will be confirmed before sale.

It mounts on the inside of a window and uses anti-reflection optics to look out, which makes it an interesting option for rentals and apartments. Anker also announces on-device detection for people and sounds.

A sensor for the edge of your yard rather than another camera angle. It combines dual radar with a digital credential that recognises familiar people (Anker calls it DSKey) instead of recognising faces, and it feeds movement into Anker's MindBase system.

Are you eufy or Anker?
No. We're an independent store in Townsville, QLD. We buy genuine eufy products and resell them with our own 12-month warranty. We're not an official eufy dealer and we're not part of Anker, so your warranty and support come from us.
Is it genuine and brand new?
Yes. Everything in the In stock section is genuine eufy, brand new and factory sealed. Some new releases reach Australia first as the US or international version, so each product page lists exactly what's in the box and how it's powered here.
Do I need a HomeBase or a subscription?
A HomeBase is eufy's home hub: it stores footage and links eufy cameras and sensors together. See our HomeBases.
Most of what's in stock now doesn't need one. The Smart Lock E40 and Wall Light Cam S4 store video on 32 GB built in, and the NVR Security System E50 records to its own 2 TB drive, with no monthly fee required. The Glass Break Sensor E10 does need a compatible eufy HomeBase, sold separately.
For the coming products, we'll confirm any hub or power needs before they go on sale.
Who handles the warranty?
We do, from Townsville. Every product comes with our own 12-month CamGuard warranty, on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law (it isn't a manufacturer warranty). If something's faulty, we email a prepaid return label, cover postage both ways, and normally provide the repair, replacement or refund within 2 business days of it arriving back. Can I order or reserve one yet?
Anything marked In stock can be ordered today. The coming products aren't on sale yet, and we don't take pre-orders or reservations. Joining The Watchlist doesn't reserve stock either.

When will the coming products land, and at what price?
We don't have confirmed Australian dates or CamGuard prices yet. These are manufacturer announcements, and we only list a product once stock is here and the details are checked. Join The Watchlist below to hear when new releases land.
Why do some products say Anker instead of eufy?
Anker, eufy's parent company, announced in September 2026 that it's gradually bringing its brands under the one Anker name. That's why newer products, like MindBase, carry the Anker name. It doesn't change anything about buying from us or our warranty.
Will MindBase work with my existing cameras?
Anker describes support for many existing devices and moving footage across from HomeBase S380, but that isn't a full compatibility list. Check your exact camera model before planning an upgrade.
