More about eufy indoor cameras ▾
Most of eufy's indoor range is plug-in pan and tilt: the camera turns to follow movement, and you can steer it from the app. Pick 2K for everyday rooms or 4K when you want to zoom in on detail. They record to a microSD card, so there's no monthly fee, and a HomeBase 3 is optional if you'd like every camera's footage in one place.
Wondering where to put it? Our Australian home security statistics guide explains why a close, front-on view often beats a camera tucked high in a corner. Condition grades are explained in the Condition Grading Guide. Every camera carries a 12-month CamGuard warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights, and ships from Townsville.
Questions we get asked
Does an indoor camera need a HomeBase?
No. eufy's indoor cameras record to a microSD card on their own. A HomeBase 3 is optional if you'd rather keep footage from several cameras together.
Is a microSD card included?
Usually not, so check the listing. The Indoor Cam E30, for example, takes cards up to 128GB and doesn't include one. You'll find SanDisk cards in our Memory and Storage range.
Does it work with Apple Home?
Some models do. The Indoor Cam E30 works with Apple Home, with video there capped at 1080p (full 4K stays in the eufy app). Other models vary, so check the listing before you buy.
Where's the best spot for an indoor camera?
Facing the door or walkway people actually use, at about head height or a little above. Pan and tilt cams can sit on a shelf and turn, so there's no drilling needed. Keep it out of direct sun through a window, which washes out the picture.
What's the difference between 2K and 4K?
4K has about four times the pixels of 1080p, so you can zoom in further before the picture goes soft. 2K is plenty for most rooms and fills the card more slowly.
Can I use an indoor camera outside?
Only if the listing says it's weather-rated. Pan and tilt indoor cams aren't built for rain, so for verandahs and carports choose an outdoor camera, or the weather-rated Wired Cam C31 (IP66).
