What's actually wrong with it
The card is new and has never been used — never paired, never carried, never sat in anyone's back pocket. It has not been opened, refurbished or returned.
What's imperfect is the retail box. It picked up minor damage on the way here: a dent in a corner, a scuff across the cardboard. That's the entire defect, and it's the entire reason this one is $11.95 cheaper than the same card in a tidy box.
Because the packaging is marked, we list it as New (Box Damaged) rather than Brand New. We keep those two words for factory-sealed stock in perfect packaging, so you always know exactly which one you're getting.

Accepted iPhone, iPad, Mac Anything signed into an Apple ID with Find My switched on. That's the whole requirement.
Accepted Wallets, passports, laptops Anything with a card slot or a flat pocket. It's a card, not a fob — no keyring hole.
Accepted Sharing with family Lost Mode contact details can be shared, so more than one person can help look.
Not accepted Android phones No Android support of any kind. If your phone isn't an iPhone, this card cannot work for you.
Not accepted Keyrings There's no hole to thread. For keys you want a fob-style tracker, not a card.

Apple's own app, already on your iPhone. Items tab, add item, follow the prompts.

Call it Wallet. Set left-behind alerts while you're in there — that's the feature that actually saves you.

Into the note section of the wallet. Then forget about it until the day you need it.

How bad is the box, honestly?
Minor. A dent or a scuff on the cardboard from transit — not crushed, not torn open. The card inside is untouched and has never been used. If you want to see the actual box before you commit, message us and we'll photograph this one.

Will it work on my Samsung?
No. This is Apple Find My only — iPhone, iPad or Mac with an Apple ID. There is no Android app and no workaround. It's the number one reason trackers get returned, so we'd rather say it plainly here.

Is it the same card as the Brand New listing?
Identical product, identical warranty. The only difference is the packaging and $11.95.

Do I have to pay a subscription?
No. It runs on Apple's Find My network, which is free and already on your phone. No fees, ever.

How long does the battery last?
eufy rates it at up to about a year per charge. It's rechargeable, and the magnetic adapter and USB-C cable are in the box — no coin cells to hunt for.

Can it go on my keys?
Not really — it's a flat card with no keyring hole. It's built for wallets, passports and laptop sleeves. For keys you want the fob-shaped SmartTrack Link instead.

Us. 12-month CamGuard warranty, handled directly — it isn't a manufacturer warranty. Faulty or not as described inside 12 months and we cover the return postage, with your ACL rights on top.
