Do I need a HomeBase?
No, it’s optional. HomeBase 2, HomeBase 3, HomeBase Mini (display firmware 2.7 or later) and HomeBase Professional S1 all pair with it. HomeBase 3 (S380) is only needed for face and parcel recognition in the daily report.
Does it have a camera of its own?
No. eufy lists a screen, one speaker and four microphones. It shows what your eufy cameras, doorbells and locks see (sold separately).
Can I manage it in the eufy app?
Not yet. eufy says app support will come in a future software update.
Will it show another brand’s cameras?
No. eufy says it doesn’t support third-party devices and only controls eufy Security products.
When will my order leave Townsville?

eufy support confirms 8GB of total internal storage, with 500MB allocated to event storage. Add a compatible Class 10 or higher SDXC UHS-I microSD card up to 512GB when more local capacity is useful.
The card is not included. When fitted, it is used in preference to internal storage. Primary recordings still live with the relevant cameras or HomeBase arrangement.
