Optional hub pairing: HomeBase 2, 3, Mini or Professional S1.
ELECTRICIAN REQUIRED FOR THE HARDWIRED OPTION Battery/app setup is DIY. If installation adds or replaces a doorbell transformer, power point or any other fixed/mains wiring, that work must be completed by a licensed electrician.

Compatible existing doorbell wiring can keep the battery topped up. Check the transformer and chime circuit against current Australian instructions or use a qualified electrician where the system is uncertain.
PRINT NOTE: the battery remains installed even when the E340 is wired. Two wall wires do not prove electrical compatibility.

Does this Open Box unit include a chime?
No. No separate indoor chime or HomeBase is supplied. Choose a supported option separately if an indoor ring is needed.
Can the E340 work by itself?
Yes. It supports standalone 2.4GHz Wi-Fi operation and has 8GB of built-in local storage. A HomeBase is optional rather than required.
Is every retail accessory present?
Only the E340 doorbell and removable battery are recorded. Ask for a physical contents check if any mounting, wiring, charging or printed accessory is essential.
Can I remove the battery after wiring it?
No. The battery stays installed in wired mode. Verify the actual transformer and chime circuit before connection.
Is there a manufacturer warranty?
The 12-month warranty is provided by CamGuard Australia, not the manufacturer. Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.
Does two cameras mean every event is captured?
No camera can promise that. Placement, view, lighting, settings, connectivity, power and the movement itself affect detection and recording.

This edition is New Open Box, new and unused, with the doorbell, battery and complete standard fitting accessories and guide. A chime and HomeBase are sold separately.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Australia Post Express is included on orders of $99.00 or more after discounts. Under $99.00, tracked Standard is $9.95 or Express is $12.95. We do our best to get orders out the same day. Same-day to one business day is our typical dispatch time from Townsville, Queensland; during busy periods it can extend, though that is rare. Tracking is sent as soon as the label is made.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, complete and unused. The buyer pays return postage, and original shipping is not refunded.
