Professionally inspected, tested and restored to full working order, in renewed packaging with the essential accessories. It works like new; it may carry minor cosmetic marks from handling. If "must be factory-sealed and flawless" is a dealbreaker, this isn't the one for you β and that's fair enough.
Two cameras, two resolutions.
The front (face) camera is 2K; the downward (package) camera is 1080p. The down cam is about coverage of your doorstep, not pixel-peeping the courier's shoelaces β and 1080p is plenty for that job.
Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz only.
It connects on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (not 5GHz). Almost every router broadcasts 2.4GHz by default β and for a doorbell out at the front wall, 2.4GHz's longer range is genuinely the better band anyway.
No Apple HomeKit.
The E340 works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant (handy for announcements and voice), but it does not support Apple HomeKit. For full control β live view, Delivery Guard, settings β you use the eufy Security app.
Battery or wired is your decision.
On battery it lasts up to ~4 months then recharges via USB-C (~5 hours). To hardwire, you need existing doorbell wiring (16β24V). Hardwiring unlocks continuous power; battery keeps it renter-friendly. Either works β just pick before you mount.
Weather-resistant, not a submarine.
IP65 shrugs off rain and dust in a normal doorbell spot (ideally under a little cover). It is not built to be submerged or blasted with a pressure washer. Mount it like a doorbell and it'll be very happy.

No. It's been professionally inspected, tested and restored to full working order, then repackaged β not a random used hand-me-down. It performs like new and may have minor cosmetic marks. It's backed by our full CamGuard 1-Year Warranty, so you're covered.
Q Will it actually stop porch pirates?
It can't rugby-tackle anyone, sadly. But package detection + instant alerts + a "you're on camera" announcement + recorded 2K evidence is a serious deterrent β and you'll know the moment anything happens. Most pirates prefer an audience-free porch.
Q Do I have to pay a monthly subscription?
No. Zero. Live view, recording, package detection, alerts and two-way audio are all included free. With 8GB built in, you're recording from day one without paying anyone a cent.
Q Why does it have two cameras?
The front 2K camera shows the visitor head-to-toe. The second camera points down at your doorstep so you can see packages (and the doormat) that a single-camera doorbell would miss entirely. Delivery Guard automatically uses the down camera when a parcel's involved.
Q Battery or hardwired β which do I need?
Whatever suits you. Battery means no wiring (great for renters) and lasts up to ~4 months between USB-C charges. Hardwiring to existing 16β24V doorbell wiring gives continuous power and 24/7 recording. The doorbell supports both.
Q Is a chime included, or do I need to buy one?
Included. A wireless chime comes in the box β plug it into any indoor power point and you'll hear the doorbell ring inside without needing your phone.
Q Does it work with Apple HomeKit?
No β the E340 doesn't support HomeKit. It works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for announcements and voice, and you get full control (live view, Delivery Guard, settings) through the eufy Security app.
Q 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi?
2.4GHz only. That's standard for doorbells β and out at the front wall, 2.4GHz's longer range is genuinely the more reliable band. Just make sure 2.4GHz is enabled on your router.
Q Where is my footage stored?
On the 8GB of storage built into the doorbell β locally, in your home, no cloud subscription required. Want 24/7 continuous recording or much more capacity? Add a eufy HomeBase (sold separately).
Q I'm in Australia β will it work here?
Yes. It charges over USB-C, connects to standard 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and the eufy Security app works in Australia. It's IP65-rated for our weather, and CamGuard is based in Townsville, QLD β so support is in your timezone.
