It is Manufacturer Renewed — Excellent (Grade A). The unit was previously owned, returned, and then refurbished, tested and graded by the manufacturer's own renewal programme. Excellent is the top of that ladder: the cosmetics are close to new, though light handling marks are still possible and we would rather say so now than have you find one later.

A 0.9W solar panel is built into the top of the camera, feeding a 6,500mAh battery. eufy quotes up to three months of standalone run time, and says roughly three hours of daily sunlight is enough to keep it topped up. Put it somewhere the sun actually lands and charging stops being your job.

How marked is an “Excellent” one, really?
Near-new. Light handling marks are possible — the sort of thing you find by hunting for it under a lamp, not the sort you notice from the driveway. If you want the cleanest cosmetics we list on a renewed S220, this is the grade. If a few honest scuffs would save you money instead, look at the Good or Fair listings.
