Change of mind
Contact us before returning a change-of-mind purchase within 30 days of delivery. Return it with all accessories and in the same supplied condition. The buyer pays return postage. Original paid shipping is not refunded; if shipping was included, the actual outbound postage is deducted from the refund.
Faulty or not as described
If the product is faulty or not as described, CamGuard Australia covers the return postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain available.

What does Manufacturer Renewed Good actually mean?
The unit was previously used, then professionally refurbished, restored and tested by the manufacturer. Good describes its cosmetic condition, so signs of previous use may be visible on close inspection and it should not be expected to look as-new. CamGuard Australia does not claim to test the individual unit.
Does it need a HomeBase or a paid subscription?
No HomeBase is required for normal standalone direct Wi-Fi use, and no subscription is required for core local recording to the built-in 8GB storage. HomeBase 3 is optional for compatible expansion. Thumbnail previews used in notifications are temporarily stored in the cloud, even when you use local recording.
Will it fit any Australian front door?
No universal fit is promised. The verified door-thickness range is 35 to 55 mm, the backset is 60 or 70 mm, the cross bore is 38 or 54 mm, and the door-edge hole is 25.4 mm. It is not suitable for storm doors. With a screen door, check clearance and camera view before buying.
What is included with this renewed unit?
The exterior keypad and camera assembly, interior assembly, deadbolt, strike plate, installation screws, silicone plug, rechargeable battery and physical keys are included. Original product packaging is not included. A chime, HomeBase, separate door handle and Phillips-head screwdriver are also not included with this standalone T8531 configuration.
