Cry detection
Five sensitivity levels and adjustable notification intervals. A convenience alert, not a diagnosis and not a replacement for checking.
Loud-sound detection
Active noise reduction cuts background noise by up to 20 dB, helping the fan and air-con take a seat further back in the mix.
Temperature monitoring
A physical sensor at the camera base reports room temperature to the monitor, with configurable abnormal-temperature alerts.
Talk + white noise
Press and hold the monitor's Talk button to speak. The monitor also offers selectable white-noise types, looping, volume and a sleep timer.

Expect light cosmetic marks or scuffs on the housing. The unit has been renewed for function, not placed back in a time machine.
One camera, one monitor
Split screen needs a second compatible E21 camera, sold separately. The parent monitor supports a maximum of two cameras.
HomeBase is not part of the route
The documented setup pairs camera to monitor and can add the camera directly to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi through the current eufy app. No HomeBase is required or included.
Storage is your choice
The camera has a microSD slot for a Class 10-or-better card up to 128 GB. No card is included.

Does the parent monitor actually come with it?
Yes. This is the E21 Monitor and Camera Kit: one T8354 baby camera, one dedicated parent monitor and its charging stand. The camera-only add-on is a different product.
Does local monitoring need Wi-Fi or an account?
No. Camera and monitor connect directly and arrive paired. Wi-Fi is optional for the phone app, 24/7 app recording, sharing, updates and Smart Connect fallback.
What does Good condition look like?
The unit was previously used, then renewed and tested through the manufacturer's programme. Expect light cosmetic marks or scuffs on the housing. It comes in its original retail box with the complete original supplied accessory set, but is not promised as new or factory sealed.
How does the app route work?
Local camera-to-monitor viewing needs no app or Wi-Fi. For optional phone features, connect the camera directly to a private 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network through the current eufy app. HomeBase is not required or included.
Can I add a second camera?
Yes. A second compatible E21 camera is sold separately and enables two feeds on one split screen. Two cameras is the monitor's published maximum.
Is a microSD card included?
No. Use a Class 10-or-better card up to 128 GB in the camera. App-based 24/7 recording needs Wi-Fi.
