eufy Baby Monitor E21 Monitor and Camera Kit | Manufacturer Renewed (Good Condition)
eufy Baby Monitor E21Monitor and Camera Kit
A 4K pan-and-tilt camera and its own parent monitor screen, both in this box. They talk to each other directly, so the screen still works with the router off and your phone flat on the kitchen bench.
Two devices in this box, not one
eufy sells the E21 two ways, and people mix them up. This listing is the Monitor and Camera Kit: the baby camera and the dedicated parent monitor screen, together.
CamGuard lists the E21 add-on camera as its own separate product for people who already own a monitor. That one is a camera only, with no screen. If you want the screen, you are in the right place.
The two units arrive already paired to each other. Power them both on and the monitor finds the camera, with no app, no password and no network involved.
Good condition, said plainly
This unit was used before. It went back through the manufacturer's official renewal program, where it was professionally refurbished, tested and restored to working order, then graded before resale. That work is eufy and Anker's, not ours.
Graded Good is the honest middle of the renewed ladder. Expect light cosmetic marks or scuffs on the housing: the kind you find if you go looking for them, and the kind that make no difference to how it works. It arrives in plain renewed packaging rather than the original retail box.
What we do at our end is simple and provable: every unit's serial number is photographed and logged at dispatch, so your warranty record exists before the parcel leaves. Cover is our in-house 12-month CamGuard warranty. That is a CamGuard warranty, not a manufacturer warranty, and it sits on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nobody has to find their phone
The camera and the monitor are paired out of the box and connect directly to each other. No router, no account, no app, no six-digit code typed in with one eye open. Whoever is on shift picks up the monitor and carries it to the kitchen.
eufy publishes a connection range of up to 1,000 ft, about 305 m, in open space. That is their figure and their qualifier, so read it as a ceiling in a paddock rather than a promise through three brick walls and a laundry.
A Wi-Fi router is optional. Add one and you get phone viewing, 24/7 recording in the eufy Baby app, sharing with up to five family members, camera firmware updates, and Smart Connect, which routes the camera-to-monitor link through the router when the direct signal is weak. There is also a physical Wi-Fi switch on the camera: green is on, white is off. With it white the camera talks only to the monitor, and the app cannot see it at all.
You can move the camera without moving
Motorised 330 degrees of pan and 60 degrees of tilt, driven from the monitor, plus 8x zoom on a 4K UHD image. The cot has been shuffled to the other wall again and you do not have to go in and re-aim anything.
Night vision is automatic. The camera changes the screen colour according to the light in the room, and you can lock it to daylight colour if you would rather see it that way. eufy does not publish a night-vision distance for this model, so we are not going to print one.
Sound, and the absence of it
Active noise reduction cuts background noise by up to 20 dB, so the pedestal fan and the air-con stop sitting on top of the room. Two-way audio runs off a dedicated Talk button on the monitor: press and hold to speak, and the camera has its own microphone and speaker.
The monitor also plays white noise, with selectable types, single-track or playlist looping, a sleep timer and volume. White noise, not lullabies. eufy publishes no songs or melodies for the E21, so we will not claim any.
Alert features you configure yourself: cry detection, loud-sound detection and temperature monitoring, with five sensitivity levels and adjustable notification intervals. A physical temperature sensor sits on the base of the camera and the current room temperature shows on the monitor, with abnormal-temperature alerts available. These are convenience features. They are not a safety device and they do not replace checking on your baby yourself.
"Nobody remembers the good nights. This is a bit of kit for the other ones."The vibe, filed at 03:04
The honest bit
Written the way the log on the wall gets written: time on the left, what happened in the middle, and the note you add later when you have the wits for it.

It was used before.marks are on the outside. so is most of the wear in this house.
Manufacturer Renewed, graded Good. Light cosmetic marks or scuffs on the housing, disclosed here rather than discovered later. It ships in plain renewed packaging, not the original retail box. The refurbishment and testing behind the grade is the manufacturer's process. If you want factory-sealed, this is not the listing.

21:05
One camera, one monitor.two is the cap. not "expandable", capped.
That is the whole kit. Split-screen viewing needs a second camera bought separately, and the monitor takes a maximum of two cameras. If you were picturing two rooms tonight, budget for the second camera.
-
23:18
It is not a HomeBase product.different app. different life.
The E21 runs on the eufy Baby app, which is a different app from eufy Security. It cannot be paired to HomeBase 2 or HomeBase 3 and it will not appear next to your doorbell and outdoor cameras. It is a standalone baby monitor and it stays that way.
-
00:57
No microSD card in the box.buy the card with the nappies. it is the same shop.
There is a card slot on the camera and the card is yours to supply: Class 10 or better, 128 GB maximum. The 24/7 recording feature lives in the app and needs Wi-Fi. eufy only uploads anything to cloud if you switch cloud features or thumbnail push previews on.
-
02:14
The range figure is eufy's, and it is an open-space figure.the shed is further away than it looks at 2am.
Up to 1,000 ft, about 305 m, in open space. A house with walls in it is not open space. If the direct link goes thin at the far end of the yard, Smart Connect can route it via your router, which means at that point you need a router.
-
03:04
It is a monitor, not a safety device.awake. reason: unknown.
Cry detection, loud-sound detection and temperature alerts are configurable convenience features. They exist to save you a trip down the hall, not to replace one, and nothing here is medical or safe-sleep advice. Follow the current guidance you have been given, and keep all cords well away from the cot.
-
04:30
The Wi-Fi switch is a real switch.it is always the switch.
Green is on, white is off. With it off the camera talks only to the monitor and the phone app cannot see it at all. That is the entire point of the switch, and it is also the first thing to check when someone says the app has stopped working.

Some numbers you will see elsewhere are not eufy's.no source, no spec. same rule as the log.
eufy does not publish a screen size, a display resolution, a night-vision distance, a lens field of view or a monitor battery capacity for this model. Plenty of retailer titles quote them anyway. We would rather leave a gap than print a number we cannot source, so ask us before you buy if one of those is the deciding factor.
Why buy it from CamGuard
Our own in-house warranty on every unit we sell, renewed stock included. It is not a manufacturer warranty. It is us, in Townsville, and it applies in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights.
Every unit's serial number is photographed and logged at dispatch, so if you ever need to claim, the record is already on our side of the conversation.
We are an independent eufy specialist. Which app, which model, whether the add-on camera fits your monitor: ask before you buy, we would rather answer than process a return.
Packed and sent from Townsville QLD within 1 business day, with tracking on every parcel.

Probably not for you if
- You want factory-sealed with no marks on the housing at all
- You were expecting two cameras, since this is one camera and one monitor
- You want it living in the eufy Security app alongside your HomeBase cameras
- You need a published screen size or night-vision distance before you will commit
- You want split screen tonight without buying a second camera
Perfect for
- Two people running a night roster who would rather not both be awake
- Anyone who wants a screen that works with the internet down and the phone charging in another room
- Parents who want the camera's Wi-Fi physically switched off, not just toggled in an app
- Second-baby households who already know how the phone-app version goes at 3am
- Value hunters who would rather bank the difference than pay for shrink-wrap
Set up in four steps
USB-C into the camera and the monitor, or sit the monitor on its charging stand. The stand has its own power cable.
They are paired out of the box. Switch both on and the monitor connects to the camera on its own, with no app and no network.
Mounting plate, cot mount set and screw pack are in the box. Keep the power cable well out of reach of the cot.
Sensitivity, notification intervals, white noise and the sleep timer all live in the monitor's menu. Add Wi-Fi later if you want the phone features.
What's in the box
Renewed stock ships in plain renewed packaging rather than the original retail box. The contents are the standard kit contents:
- Baby camera (T8354)
- Baby monitor with charging stand
- Camera power cable, 3 m
- Monitor power cable, 1.5 m
- Power cable for the charging stand, 1.5 m
- Power adapters x2 (5V 2A)
- Mounting plate
- Cot mount set
- Screw pack
- Quick start guide
Three cables, three jobs. The 3 m one is the camera's, the 1.5 m ones belong to the monitor and to the charging stand. Worth knowing before anyone decides a part is missing.
Not included
- microSD card. The slot is on the camera. Class 10 or better, 128 GB maximum.
- A second camera. Sold separately, and the monitor takes a maximum of two.
- The original retail box. Renewed packaging instead.
- A spare monitor battery. The monitor's battery is user-replaceable, but eufy sells the replacements.

Two people, one shift, one thread. Tap a message to see the reply.
does the screen thing come with it or is that separate
Sent 02:41It comes with it. This listing is the Monitor and Camera Kit: one baby camera and one dedicated parent monitor with its charging stand, paired at the factory. CamGuard also lists the E21 add-on camera on its own, and that one is a camera with no screen. If you want the screen, this is the right listing.
Delivered 02:42ok and what does "manufacturer renewed" actually mean
Sent 02:44The unit was used, then went back through the manufacturer's official renewal program, where it was professionally refurbished, tested and restored to working order before being graded for resale. Graded Good means light cosmetic marks or scuffs on the housing that do not affect function. It ships in plain renewed packaging rather than the original retail box. Cover is our in-house 12-month CamGuard warranty, which is a CamGuard warranty and not a manufacturer warranty, in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights.
Delivered 02:45marks where though. not on the screen surely
Sent 02:46On the housing: the plastic around the camera body and the monitor's shell. The Good grade describes appearance rather than function, and the grading is the manufacturer's, not ours. We do not open and check every unit ourselves, so we will never claim to. What we do do is photograph and log every serial number at dispatch. If a unit turns up not doing what the specs say, that is a warranty job and the return postage is on us.
Delivered 02:47does it need the internet. ours drops out constantly
Sent 02:52No. The camera and monitor connect directly to each other with no router, no account and no app. Wi-Fi is optional and only adds the phone side: viewing on your phone, 24/7 recording in the eufy Baby app, sharing with up to five family members, camera firmware updates, and the Smart Connect fallback that routes the camera-to-monitor link through your router if the direct signal is weak.
Delivered 02:53can I add it to the app with the doorbell
Sent 02:58No. The E21 runs on the eufy Baby app, which is separate from eufy Security. It is also not a HomeBase device, so it cannot be paired to HomeBase 2 or HomeBase 3 and will not sit alongside your security cameras.
Delivered 02:59how long before the screen dies on us
Sent 03:04eufy publishes a 12-hour constant display for the monitor when you use its included portable charging base. The camera's own 5,000 mAh battery runs about 9 hours, or around 5.5 hours with night vision on. Both units charge over USB-C, and the monitor also charges by sitting on its stand.
Delivered 03:05does it play lullabies
Sent 03:09White noise, not lullabies. The monitor's menu gives you selectable white noise types, single-track or playlist looping, a sleep timer and volume. eufy publishes no songs or melodies for the E21, so we are not going to say it has them.
Delivered 03:10can we watch both rooms on it
Sent 03:12Only with a second camera, which is sold separately. Two feeds then share one split screen, and the monitor takes a maximum of two cameras. This kit is one camera and one monitor.
Delivered 03:13is there a memory card in it
Sent 03:16No card in the box. There is a microSD slot on the camera and it takes Class 10 or better, up to 128 GB. The 24/7 recording feature works through the app and needs Wi-Fi, and eufy only uploads to cloud if you switch cloud features or thumbnail push previews on.
Delivered 03:17how big is the screen exactly
Sent 03:21eufy does not publish a screen size for the E21, not on their product pages and not in the manual. A lot of retailer titles quote a figure anyway. We are not going to repeat a number we cannot source, and the same applies to the night-vision distance and the lens field of view. If the exact panel size is the deciding factor, message us and we will measure the unit before it ships.
Delivered 03:22and if it turns up faulty
Sent 03:24Message us with the order details and the serial number. Every unit's serial is photographed and logged at dispatch, so the record already exists at our end. Faulty and warranty returns are always free. Change of mind is 30 days from delivery, with return postage on the buyer and the original shipping not refunded.
Delivered 03:25going back down. is the monitor charged
On the stand. Full charge gives 12 hours of constant display, so it will outlast the shift.
