Townsville in January is an air fryer with suburbs. A ceiling fan moves air; the eufy Indoor Cam S350 moves its dual-lens camera head to follow detected people or pets around the room. It will not cool the room, settle the argument or explain why the dog is on the good sofa.

A 4K wide-angle lens shows the broad scene. A separate 2K telephoto lens provides 3× optical zoom; the pair can reach up to 8× hybrid zoom.

One lens sees the whole domestic incident. The other zooms in on the only resident suddenly pretending to be asleep.Actual detail still varies with light, distance, motion, obstruction and placement.

Privacy Mode puts the camera in the naughty corner.

Activate Privacy Mode in the app and the camera physically turns toward a wall or selected preset, powers down and stops recording. It is an actual operating state, not a tiny “trust me” light.

Does it need HomeBase 3?

No. It works directly on Wi-Fi and can record to a microSD card up to 128 GB. HomeBase 3/S380 is optional and sold separately.

Does local recording require a subscription?

No mandatory subscription is required for core local recording. A separately purchased microSD card or compatible optional HomeBase 3 is still required for footage storage.

Is every mode 4K?

No. Single View reaches up to 4K. AI Tracking and Dual View record at up to 2K.

What happens in Privacy Mode?

The camera physically faces a wall or selected preset, powers down and stops recording until normal operation resumes.

Will it work during a blackout?

Not without separate backup. The S350 has no battery and requires continuous mains power.

Who supplies the warranty?
