Does 360° mean it sees every direction at once?
No. The camera turns to look around; it is not a simultaneous panoramic feed. Furniture can still block its view. Place it with a clear outlook. The ficus has already requested to be excluded from the survey.
The moving frame above is a drawn explanation of looking around, not an app screen or a promise of pet tracking. C220 provides human and motion detection with AI tracking.

For on-camera recording, fit a compatible microSD card, sold separately. The field journal needs somewhere to go.

Connect power, open the eufy Security app, tap + and follow setup on your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

Set the view, detection and recording preferences. Try two-way talk and privacy mode before the first solo expedition.
Wall and ceiling mounting are also supported. Follow the supplied guide and disconnect power before mounting. Keep cables out of reach of children and pets.

Shipping and dispatch
Australia Post Express is included on orders of $99.00 or more. Below $99.00, tracked Standard shipping is $9.95, or choose Express for $12.95. The Express upgrade replaces the Standard charge.
We dispatch from Townsville, Queensland and do our best to get orders out the same day. Same-day to 1 business day is typical for in-stock orders; during busy periods dispatch can occasionally take up to 3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Our 12-month warranty
CamGuard Australia supplies its own 12-month in-house warranty. This is not a manufacturer warranty. Refurbishment is performed through the manufacturer’s renewal programme; warranty support is provided by us.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this warranty. For faulty or not-as-described items, we cover return postage.
Change-of-mind returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be complete and unused by you, in the same condition received, with accessories and packaging. You pay return postage, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Do I need to buy a HomeBase?
No. Use the C220 with the app and a compatible microSD card for local recording. The card is sold separately. HomeBase 3 is optional and adds storage functionality only.
Will it identify my dog as a pet?
We are not promising pet-specific recognition on the C220. It offers human and motion detection with AI tracking. You can use the live view to check on pets, but the safari illustrations are not a list of AI classifications.
Can I connect it to Apple Home?
No, this model does not support HomeKit. eufy lists support for Alexa and Google Assistant smart displays. Check the ecosystem you actually use before choosing a camera.
Does privacy mode just turn the lens?
It turns the camera towards the position you set, then stops recording. Disable privacy mode when you want the camera to resume monitoring.
What does Manufacturer Renewed, Excellent mean?
A previously used camera professionally refurbished and tested through the manufacturer’s renewal programme, with an Excellent cosmetic grade. Minor signs of use may remain. All standard accessories are supplied; original product packaging is not included. We do not claim to have tested your individual unit. Our own 12-month warranty applies, not a manufacturer warranty.
How soon does it leave Townsville?
We do our best to dispatch the same day. Same-day to 1 business day is typical for in-stock orders, excluding weekends and public holidays. Busy periods can occasionally extend dispatch to 3 business days. Delivery time then depends on the shipping service and destination.
