The upper bullet camera keeps a steady 130-degree eye on your entrance. Always watching, never distracted. Meanwhile the lower PTZ is the curious one: panning 360 degrees, tilting 70 degrees, zooming in up to 8x when something catches its attention.
They work together, not against each other. One gives you context, the other gives you the close-up.
Add solar charging, local storage, and dual sensors that actually know the difference between a delivery driver and a tree branch, and you've got a camera that earns its spot on the wall without quietly draining your bank account every month.

⚠ The honest bit
Read this first.
Standalone direct Wi-Fi supports normal event features; it does not provide the complete HomeBase feature set.
Direct Wi-Fi provides 4K event recording, on-device detection, 32GB local storage, live view, two-way audio and app control. HomeBase-dependent features require a compatible HomeBase 3 and current firmware.
Want facial recognition or cross-camera tracking?
Those advanced features require a HomeBase S380 (model T8030), sold separately and NOT included with this listing. The HomeBase also expands storage up to 16TB.
24/7 mode requires direct 5V/3A+ power, camera firmware V1.0.5.4+, and a microSD card or HomeBase 3 hard drive.
On battery or solar power alone, the camera records motion-triggered events rather than continuous video. If continuous footage is stored on HomeBase 3, the HomeBase must run firmware V3.7.2.8 or later.
Condition: New, No Box.
New No Box means new and unused with all standard functional boxed contents and printed items, supplied without the retail carton. This camera is split from a genuine eufy multi-camera kit and supplied in protective non-retail packaging.
No charger in the pack.
The camera charges via USB-C. A charging cable is included, but a power adapter is not. BYO any USB-C adapter rated 5V/2A or above.

Getting started
Setup in 3 steps.

Charge and download.
Charge the camera via the included USB-C cable (BYO 5V/2A adapter, 6-8 hours for full charge). Download the free eufy Security app (iOS or Android) and create an account.

Pair and connect.
Follow the in-app instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi router (standalone) or your HomeBase S380 (if you have one). Keep the camera within 1 metre of your router or HomeBase during initial pairing.

Mount and go.
Mount the camera and solar panel at 2-3 metres height using the supplied brackets and screws. Remove the lens protective film, adjust the angle, and you're live.
Pro Tip: For 24/7 recording, use direct 5V/3A-or-higher USB-C power, camera firmware 1.0.5.4 or later, and a microSD card or hard drive. If HomeBase 3 is used, update it to firmware 3.7.2.8 or later. Battery and solar operation records motion-triggered events.

Common questions.
Q "New - No Box"... so is it actually new?
Yes. This camera has never been used, paired or activated. It comes out of a multi-camera kit rather than a single retail carton, so there is no retail box; the boxed version's contents, paper items included, all ship. All of the hardware is here. That's why the price is lower.
Q Will it work without a HomeBase?
Absolutely. The eufyCam S4 works as a fully standalone camera. Connect it to your Wi-Fi router and you get on-device AI detection (human, vehicle, pet), 32GB local storage, and full app control. The HomeBase S380 is optional and unlocks extras like facial recognition, but it is not required.
Q Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Core features (recording, AI detection, alerts, live view, two-way audio) all work with no ongoing fees. Footage is stored locally. eufy does note that optional or premium features may require a subscription, but standard functionality is subscription-free.
Q I'm in Australia. Will this work here?
Yes. For normal charging, use a suitable 5V/2A USB-C adapter; 24/7 mode requires 5V/3A or higher. The adapter is not included. It connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and CamGuard support is based in Townsville, Queensland.
Q What if I already have a HomeBase S380?
Great. For the HomeBase 3 route, use firmware V3.7.2.8 or later and the latest eufy app. HomeBase 2, HomeBase Mini and eufy NVR are unsupported. eufy's S1 list includes T8172 while the AU S4 FAQ says Professional S1 is unsupported, so verify current compatibility before relying on S1.
Q Can I add more cameras later?
Yes. You can run multiple eufyCam S4 units on the same Wi-Fi network or pair them to a single HomeBase S380. Each camera operates independently, so you can start with one and expand as needed.
