Included items: Read this listing's contents before choosing accessories. A condition grade alone does not tell you which parts or packaging are included.
Compatibility: Works on its own over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi - live view and alerts need no hub. The camera has no built-in storage: to keep footage, add a microSD card (up to 256 GB, sold separately) or pair it with a HomeBase Mini or HomeBase 3. It is also on eufy’s HomeBase Professional S1 list. No HomeBase 2 route, and no 24/7 continuous recording on this model.

Recording media: This product can use a microSD card. For security-camera recording, we recommend High Endurance media; we do not currently stock the recording-grade card we recommend.

THE CAMERA THAT PACKS ITSELF.
A rechargeable C35 with standalone local storage and magnetic mounting belongs in a moving-day world because renters rarely stay put forever.
The camera has never been used. The retail carton has moved on emotionally. The complete boxed-version contents have not.
No mystery parcel. No refurbished plot twist.
Under the CamGuard Australia grading guide, New No Box means a new, never-used product supplied without its individual retail carton. It is not factory-sealed because that carton is absent, and it arrives in protective non-retail packaging. It is not manufacturer renewed, refurbished, ex-display or a customer return.
This unit was separated from a genuine multi-camera kit. You receive the same functional camera pack listed for the boxed add-on camera: white C35 camera, magnetic mounting bracket, mounting base, screw pack, 0.6 metre USB-C cable, Quick Start Guide and warning sticker. The retail carton is the one item that did not get invited to the new address.
The product carries our own 12-month warranty. CamGuard Australia issues that warranty rather than the manufacturer, and it does not narrow any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
MOVING LABEL 01 · CONTENTS STAY TOGETHERPacked for a renter, not a server room.
The C35 carries the features most households actually use, while leaving the giant hub, fixed power run and monthly-plan anxiety off the trolley.
A broad fixed view through an F1.2 lens. Placement still decides whether the bins or the neighbour's hedge gets the starring role.
Full-colour low-light viewing without requiring the spotlight, with spotlight and infrared modes also available.
Local microSD storage in the camera. The card is not included, because apparently one tiny rectangle needed its own moving van.
Rechargeable internal battery with USB-C charging. Actual runtime varies with activity, settings, temperature and signal strength.
Rated for outdoor placement when correctly installed and closed. It handles weather better than the cardboard boxes on this page.
People, vehicles and pets can be classified. The housemate carrying one chair at a time remains a person.
Connects directly to compatible Wi-Fi. HomeBase Mini or HomeBase 3 is optional; HomeBase 2 is not compatible.
Camera: attached.
Wall plugs: enjoying a day off.
The magnet is the renter move.
The supplied magnetic bracket can attach the C35 to a suitable metallic surface without drilling. That makes repositioning quick and gives renters a genuinely low-commitment option. The magnet still needs the right surface and a stable, sensible location; plasterboard does not become metal because the lease is short.
Where magnetic mounting is not suitable, the supplied mounting base and screw pack provide the fixed option. The camera should stay upright, sit within useful 2.4GHz Wi-Fi range and be angled only toward areas you are entitled to monitor.
- Magnetic option: fast to place on suitable metal and fast to take to the next address.
- Screw option: mounting base and screw pack are included when a fixed installation is permitted.
- Placement reality: useful coverage depends on height, angle, network strength, settings and lawful positioning.
Colour after dark, without turning the yard into a stadium.
PureColor Vision is designed to show full-colour low-light footage without requiring the camera's spotlight. Spotlight and infrared modes remain available, so the app can be set for the actual scene rather than whichever option looked most dramatic during setup.
Low-light results still depend on ambient light, placement and the scene. A camera can work with the light that exists; it cannot unpack the floor lamp, locate its missing shade or explain why that box was labelled “bathroom cables”.
MOVING NOTE · The official product image is comparative marketing imagery. Your real view depends on your actual property and settings.
The app sorts the arrivals. The lease does not.
The C35 can classify people, vehicles and pets, helping you choose which motion events deserve a notification. It records motion events rather than continuous 24/7 video, and classification is assistance rather than certainty. A dog inside a moving box remains strongly discouraged even if the app knows it is a pet.
Activity zones can help focus the monitored area and reduce irrelevant triggers. Thoughtful placement matters just as much: point it at your doorway, carport, courtyard or permitted area, not through a neighbour's window or into a private shared space.
Your clips do not need a landlord.
Insert a compatible microSD card up to 256GB into the camera for standalone local motion-event recording. The card is sold separately. There is no required monthly camera fee for that local-storage route, although optional cloud or premium services may carry their own terms.
The camera can also connect to a HomeBase Mini or HomeBase 3 if you want supported hub features. Facial recognition, shared storage management and cross-camera tracking require a compatible HomeBase. The important renter detail is that the hub is optional, not a compulsory extra hiding behind the next box.
One camera. Three valid routes. One old hub left downstairs.
Standalone: connect the C35 directly to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and add a microSD card for local motion-event storage. No HomeBase is required.
Optional hub: HomeBase Mini and HomeBase 3 are compatible routes for supported storage and AI features. Current app and firmware still matter during setup.
Not compatible: HomeBase 2. It cannot be argued into the lift because it already pressed the wrong generation button.
Read the feature boundary
What arrives, what does not, and what merely lost its box.
New No Box does not mean camera-only. This stock carries the full add-on-camera contents in protective non-retail packaging, with the missing retail carton called out separately.
From taped carton to useful view.
Setup is straightforward when storage, Wi-Fi and mounting are decided before the camera is balanced on a chair beside three boxes marked “misc”.
Use the supplied USB-C cable and a suitable 5V/2A power source. A full initial charge avoids doing app setup beside the only free outlet.
Power the camera off before inserting or removing a compatible microSD card up to 256GB. Skip this only if a compatible HomeBase will handle storage.
Add the camera in the eufy app and connect it to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The 5GHz-only guest network cannot negotiate extra lease terms.
Use suitable metal for magnetic placement or the mounting base and screw pack where a fixed install is permitted. Keep the camera upright.
Check angle, signal, detection, night mode and notifications from the actual location. Then rename “Camera 1” before it follows you through four rentals.
A camera is not a magical deadbolt.
The C35 records configured motion events; it does not prevent them. Notifications, detection and footage depend on placement, settings, network conditions, storage, power and the scene.
Use the camera only where you are entitled to do so. Avoid bedrooms, bathrooms, neighbouring private areas and shared spaces where recording would be unlawful or unreasonable. Rental status does not cancel anyone else's privacy.
Secure the physical mount, keep firmware and the app current, protect account access and test the view after moving the camera. The friend paid in pizza is not your IT department, despite owning one HDMI cable.
The complete technical manifest.
No mood-board arithmetic. These are the model-specific facts that decide whether the C35 belongs at your next address.
Probably not your camera if...
- You need 4K detail. This model records at 1080p, and digital zoom does not hire extra pixels.
- You require continuous 24/7 recording. The C35 is a motion-event camera, not an always-recording wired system.
- Your system is built around HomeBase 2. The C35 does not pair with that hub generation.
- You want facial recognition without adding a compatible HomeBase. Standalone mode classifies people, vehicles and pets; facial recognition is hub-dependent.
- You have only 5GHz Wi-Fi available. Direct camera setup requires a 2.4GHz network.
- You expect a microSD card, HomeBase, solar panel, wall power adapter or retail carton in the parcel. Those items are not included.
Before the friend with the trolley leaves.
Open each label for the answer. No account sign-in, no chatbot asking whether the problem has been solved by turning your rental off and on again.
Does this C35 need a HomeBase to work?
No. It can connect directly to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and record motion-event clips to a compatible microSD card up to 256GB. A HomeBase Mini or HomeBase 3 is optional for supported hub features. HomeBase 2 is not compatible, even if it has already claimed the best shelf in the router cupboard.
What exactly does New No Box mean here?
The camera is new and has never been used. It was separated from a genuine multi-camera kit and comes in protective non-retail packaging because it has no individual retail carton. The complete boxed add-on-camera contents are included. It is not manufacturer renewed, refurbished, ex-display or a customer return wearing a fresh label.
Can a renter install it without drilling?
Yes, when there is a suitable stable metallic surface for the supplied magnetic bracket. The magnet does not attach to ordinary plasterboard, so inspect the actual location first. A mounting base and screw pack are also included for a fixed installation where the surface and your permission allow it. Keep the camera upright and confirm the angle.
What must I add for local recording?
For standalone local recording, add a compatible microSD card up to 256GB. The card is not included. Without a card or a compatible HomeBase there is no local destination for recorded clips. Optional cloud and premium services may exist under separate terms, but they are not required for the camera's local microSD route.
Will it record all day and all night?
No. The C35 records configured motion events rather than continuous 24/7 footage. Detection, notifications and clips depend on power, network, placement, storage and settings. PureColor, spotlight and infrared night modes help at night, but none turns a battery motion camera into a wired continuous recorder or guarantees that every event will be captured.
How quickly do orders leave Townsville?
We make every reasonable effort to send an order on the day it is placed. The usual Townsville dispatch window begins that day and runs to 1 business day. Rare busy periods can make it longer. Orders above $99.00 include Australia Post Express; below that threshold, tracked delivery costs $9.95 or Express costs $12.95.
Who handles warranty claims and returns?
The 12-month store warranty is issued by CamGuard Australia rather than the manufacturer, and Australian Consumer Law continues to apply. For a change of mind, return the complete unused item within 30 days of delivery; you pay return postage and original shipping is not refunded. If the item is faulty or not as described, CamGuard Australia covers return postage.
The practical move.
The jokes live on the boxes. Shipping, warranty and returns stay in plain English where they can be read before ordering.
We make every reasonable effort to send an order on its purchase day. Our usual Townsville window is same day through 1 business day. It may lengthen in rare busy periods.
Orders above $99.00 include Australia Post Express. Below that amount, tracked delivery is $9.95 and the Express option is $12.95.
Our 12-month store warranty is issued by CamGuard Australia, not the manufacturer. It sits in addition to rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind: 30 days from delivery, complete and unused, buyer pays return postage, original shipping not refunded. Faulty or not as described: we cover return postage.
NEW PLACE. SAME CAMERA. ZERO RETAIL CARTON.
A new, never-used white C35 with the complete boxed-version contents, standalone local recording, flexible hub choices and magnetic mounting for suitable metal. The retail carton is absent; the functional kit is ready to move.
Choose it if 1080p motion events, local microSD storage, colour low-light viewing and a camera that can follow the next lease make more sense than a fixed system. Add the microSD card before the first night, and maybe label one box honestly while you are there.
