The knee slap.
“Righto!” Everyone stands. Nobody leaves.
Condition New (Box Damaged)
Included items: Read this listing's contents before choosing accessories. A condition grade alone does not tell you which parts or packaging are included.
Compatibility: Requires a compatible eufy HomeBase, sold separately: Mini v4.0.5.2+, HomeBase 2 released after 2021 with v3.4.1.2+, HomeBase 3 v3.7.2.6+, or HomeBase Pro v4.1.4.3+. Controls the paired HomeBase system; not a universal remote for standalone Wi-Fi cameras. AU and US HomeBases can pair; model and firmware requirements apply.
Check each listing for the exact model pairing and included parts. Unavailable options are left out.
This adds the product shown above and every selected extra in one step. Use the regular Add to cart button for the product on its own.
The front-verandah collection · eufy Key Fob E10
A physical alarm control for the Australian goodbye: standing on the verandah, keys in hand, still discussing absolutely everything.
The eufy Key Fob E10 puts Home, Away, Disarm and SOS on a small remote. Hold the right button for two seconds. Give your paired HomeBase a clearer answer than “yeah, nah, in a minute”.
HomeBase required, sold separately. Check the supported HomeBase model and minimum firmware before purchase.

“Righto!” Everyone stands. Nobody leaves.
You’re holding mangoes and hearing the full history of the tree.
Hold Away for two seconds. The weather discussion can finish itself.
Press and hold to change modes. “One more thing” is not a fifth mode.
New, never used. Damage affects the outer retail packaging.
CONDITION DISCLOSEDThe carton arrived looking like it helped with the move.
This is a new, unused eufy Key Fob E10 supplied with damaged outer retail packaging. It is not being sold as factory-sealed, pristine gift-box stock.
The box’s appearance and the fob’s unused condition are separate facts. We keep both visible so you can choose what suits you. If the packaging needs to look immaculate for a present, choose a different condition.
The fob is new. The box has already met the courier.
Use a two-second hold for each function. System behaviour depends on your HomeBase, connected devices and settings.
A two-second timing illustration
The house got the message.
You’re still being told which road has roadworks.
Illustration only. This page does not control a device.
The fob works with the supported HomeBase models listed below. Confirm the model and firmware before ordering. The fob is an accessory; no HomeBase is supplied.
Keep the hub on current firmware. If you have a HomeBase 2, the release-date requirement matters as well as the software version. Contact us with the model details if you are unsure.
“I’ve got a eufy somewhere” is the start of the conversation.
Keys, wallet, fob.
Someone else can carry the mangoes.
At 62.1 × 34 × 11 mm, the E10 is a compact physical remote with an attachment point for your keychain or lanyard. Daily mode changes don’t require opening the phone once the system is set up.
It does not replace your door key or operate a car. It gives you direct buttons for the paired HomeBase’s security system. That distinction is smaller than your keyring, but rather important.
It won’t find your keys. It is applying to join them.
The fob talks to HomeBase over Sub-1G radio. It needs that local connection to operate.
eufy quotes up to 200 metres in an open area. Walls, building materials, interference and placement affect practical range. This is not a promise that it will work at the end of your street, and it is not an internet remote for use from the shops.
Its IP65 rating provides dust and water-jet resistance. That does not make it suitable for swimming, immersion or leaving in a hot car.
Still discussing the bypass? Stay within your tested range.
The E10 uses a replaceable CR2032 battery. To replace it, the manual shows opening the battery cover with a coin, fitting a fresh CR2032 and securing the cover again.
A red flash every 60 seconds indicates low battery. Respond to the warning and check operation after replacement. We do not quote a battery-life duration the manufacturer hasn’t specified for this fob.
The spare-cable drawer has been spared one applicant.
Keep button batteries away from children. Secure the battery compartment and seek urgent medical help if a battery is swallowed or inserted.
Battery illustration · not an extra included spare
The LED, buttons, battery compartment and attachment point are parts of the fob, not separate bonus accessories.
One fob. The host would still try to pack you a lasagne.
A compatible HomeBase is required and sold separately. Your phone and eufy app are used for setup.
eufy lists the fob and guide as the package contents. A separate lanyard or spare battery is not promised. The illustrated furniture, keys and household props are not included.
The verandah stays with the house.
Confirm the model and compatibility, finish the HomeBase setup and update its firmware. The base comes first. This is one part of the departure where “we’ll sort it later” is not especially helpful.
Sign in, add a device, then scan the device QR code or choose Alarm System → eufy Key Fob E10. Follow the app’s instructions. The fob belongs to the system you pair it with.
The manual specifies holding SOS for two seconds during pairing until the LED blinks blue. Use this in the setup flow; in normal use, SOS triggers an alarm. Context matters more here than in a farewell conversation.
Follow the manual’s Test mode procedure, check the event in the app and confirm your Home/Away settings. Verify operation from the place you intend to use it. Close the setup loop before opening the front gate.
A compatible eufy HomeBase is required. This is not a standalone alarm, camera, tracker or door lock. The flyscreen has more door hardware than the fob does.
The buttons select security modes; the settings and compatible devices determine the response. Do not assume every standalone Wi-Fi camera will follow the paired HomeBase. One fob is not a universal remote for the whole family tree.
It triggers the paired system alarm and an app event as described in the manual. This listing does not include professional monitoring, emergency-service dispatch or a medical response service.
The E10 sends control commands. Connected equipment has its own recording and alarm capabilities, and no security outcome is guaranteed. The illustration’s confident “AWAY” sign is not a live status readout.
Useful when you already have the right HomeBase and want a physical control by the door or on your keys. Home, Away and Disarm can become part of the routine without opening your phone for each mode change.
The conversation can ramble.
Your button labels don’t.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return the item as-new, with original accessories and packaging where possible.

HomeBase 3 is supported with firmware v3.7.2.6 or later. Update it before pairing, complete the hub setup and add the fob through the eufy app. HomeBase Mini, HomeBase 2 and HomeBase Pro have their own requirements shown above. The original HomeBase is not listed as a supported model for this fob.
You need the eufy app and a configured compatible HomeBase to set up the fob. After pairing, the physical function buttons let you select modes without opening the phone for every command. The fob still needs its local radio connection to HomeBase. It cannot follow you to the supermarket and control the system from there.
Hold the chosen function button for two seconds, as specified in eufy’s user guide. Home, Away and Disarm select the corresponding system mode; SOS triggers the alarm in normal operation. Follow the app and manual for pairing and Test mode. The goodbye may be casual; the operating instructions are quite specific.
No. This listing is for a new, unused fob with damaged outer retail packaging. Packaging condition is disclosed separately from product use. It is not presented as a pristine, factory-sealed gift box. The product reference photo shows the model, not the specific damage to the carton supplied with your order.
Do not rely on it for that. The manual describes an alarm trigger and an event in the eufy app. This listing does not include a monitoring service or emergency-service dispatch. If you need emergency assistance, use the appropriate emergency contact method. Configure the system and understand its response before relying on any button.
The E10 uses a replaceable CR2032. The manual shows opening and closing the battery cover with a coin. We have not quoted a battery-life duration because the exact-model evidence does not establish one. Watch for the low-battery indication, replace the cell when needed and keep button batteries safely away from children.
We do our best to get orders out the same day. Same-day to 1 business day is our typical dispatch time; during busy periods it can extend, though that is rare. Peak periods can take up to 3 business days. Australia Post transit time starts after dispatch and varies with your destination.
One eufy Key Fob E10. New and unused, with outer-box damage disclosed. Four physical controls for a compatible eufy HomeBase, which is required and sold separately.
“Text us when you get home.”
Fair enough. First, we need to get off this verandah.
