Motorised 360° pan and automatic tracking help the E30 follow detected movement around the room. Use the app to adjust the view without walking over to the camera.

Instructions reader: Pan is movement, not simultaneous all-direction recording. Furniture, placement, lighting and tracking settings affect what the camera can see and follow.
After the big light goes off
Night viewing. No plot twist required.
The built-in spotlight supports colour night vision, with infrared night vision also available. Choose the mode that suits the room and the light you want on.
The director calls it mood lighting. The person trying to sleep calls it a setting worth adjusting.
Instructions reader: Colour night vision uses the spotlight. This is an indoor camera, not a weatherproof garden floodlight. The drawn standard lamp is not included.

The E30 includes AI detection for people, pets and crying. Adjust detection and notification settings to suit the room, rather than inviting every movement to headline the evening bulletin.
A pet alert gives the dog a category. It does not give the dog editorial approval.
Instructions reader: Detection can miss or misclassify events. Crying detection is a notification feature, not a substitute for supervision or a dedicated safety monitor.

The director has cancelled the compulsory sequel fee. The storage slot would still like an actual card.
Instructions reader: HomeBase 3 is an optional storage route, not included or required for standalone use. Recording history varies with settings and activity; save important clips before they are overwritten.

This camera records; it does not prevent incidents. Open Box means new and unused, but not factory-sealed. No promise of uninterrupted capture or guaranteed detection is made.

Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with the item complete, unused and in resaleable condition. The buyer pays return postage, and original shipping is not refunded. Is Open Box just another name for refurbished?
No. This black Indoor Cam E30 is new and never used, supplied in open-box condition. It is not factory-sealed and is not manufacturer-renewed stock. The product photographs show the model rather than your individual unit or packaging. Our own 12-month warranty applies alongside Australian Consumer Law rights.
Can I start without buying a HomeBase?
Yes. The E30 works as a standalone indoor camera; a HomeBase is not required. For local recordings, provide a compatible microSD card up to 128GB or configure an optional supported storage route such as HomeBase 3. The card and HomeBase are not included. The empty storage slot is a purchasing detail, not a plot hole.
Does wireless mean I can take away the lead?
No. Wi-Fi carries the network connection; the camera still needs continuous plug-in power. It is not a battery camera. Plan for a suitable power point and safe cable placement at the intended indoor location. For setup, use 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. The director may dislike visible cables, but the camera has a stronger opinion about electricity.
Will Apple Home show the same 4K picture?
No. Full 4K resolution is available through the eufy app, while HomeKit video is limited to 1080p. HomeKit is supported, but that resolution limit matters if Apple Home is your main viewing environment. Check your Apple setup for the features you want. The instructions reader insists this footnote deserves a normal-sized font.
Can it follow the dog and speak to the room?
The E30 supports automatic tracking and pet detection, and its microphone and speaker provide two-way audio through the app. These features depend on placement, connection, settings and conditions. Tracking can lose an obscured subject or misclassify movement. You can ask the dog to leave the couch; the camera does not negotiate the dog's response.
What happens after I place the order?
We do our best to get orders out the same day. Same-day to 1 business day is our typical dispatch time from Townsville; during busy periods it can extend, though that is rare. Dispatch is separate from Australia Post's transit time. Check your tracking once sent, and contact us if you need help with your order.
