- The camera records; it does not prevent incidents.
- HomeKit, Matter and IFTTT are not supported for this model.
- HomeBase 3 is optional. If used, video and events are stored on the hub while fingerprints and passcodes stay in the lock.
- eufy's HomeBase Professional S1 compatibility table lists the exact T8531 model as compatible.
- A screen or storm door can obstruct the camera view. This is not a storm-door installation.

Measure the door first. The bravest thing in smart-lock retail is a tape measure.
Measure door thickness, backset, crossbore and edge hole against the manual measurements before purchasing.
Allow a clear camera view. A security or storm screen door can physically obstruct the field of view.
We do not claim a universal Australian fit, a no-drilling installation, or a 15-minute install.

Change of mind
Contact us before returning. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days when returned in the same condition with supplied accessories. Buyer pays return postage. Any actual outbound postage is deducted from the refund, including where it was originally included in the order.

What is included with renewed stock?

Is a chime included?
No separate chime is included. The manual distinguishes the chime-equipped E8531 from T8531.
Will it fit every Australian door?
No universal fit is claimed. Check the 35 to 55 mm door thickness and the manual's backset, crossbore and edge-hole measurements before purchase.
Does it work with HomeKit, Matter or IFTTT?
No. eufy lists HomeKit, Matter and IFTTT as unsupported for this model.
Does it need a subscription?

How does emergency USB-C power work?
