A eufy SoloCam E30 that went out to bat somewhere else first. The manufacturer took it back, refurbished it and tested it, and it came to us graded Good — working properly, with the light cosmetic marks you'd expect from a unit that's already had an innings.

This is a renewed unit, not a new one. It was owned before, returned, and refurbished and tested by the manufacturer as part of their renewal process.
Grade B — "Good"
Expect light cosmetic marks visible on close inspection — scuffs or scratches from previous use. They don't affect how it works. If you want the tidiest cosmetics, buy an Excellent-grade or a new one.

Renewed (non-retail) packaging. Protectively packed for the trip, but it won't look like a gift under the tree.
Sun is not optional
The solar panel needs real direct sun. In deep shade you'll be topping it up by cable — placement decides this, not the camera.
Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz
It wants a 2.4GHz band. If your router hides that behind one combined SSID you may need to split the bands to onboard it.

The unit was used, then returned to the manufacturer, refurbished and tested as part of their renewal programme, and graded. It is not new, and we don't describe it as new.
How marked up is a "Good" one?
Light cosmetic marks you'd notice if you looked closely — scuffs or fine scratches. Nothing that affects how it works. The photos on this listing are of the actual unit.
Does it come in a retail box?
No — renewed units ship in non-retail packaging, packed to travel safely.
Do I need a HomeBase?
No. The E30 is standalone — it runs on Wi-Fi with the eufy Security app. A HomeBase is optional.
