Door fit is the hard gate

eufy specifies a standard US/Canada-style deadbolt fit, 35–55 mm door thickness, more than 45 mm from crossbore centre to the top of a handleset, and no mortise lock. Australian doors vary. Measure the exact door and compare the installation diagram before ordering.

Hub and platform boundaries

Built-in Wi-Fi means no bridge is required. It does not work with HomeBase, Apple HomeKit, Matter or IFTTT. It can integrate with supported eufy doorbell routines inside the eufy Security app.

Power and emergency access

Uses 8 AA batteries. eufy rates typical battery life around eight months, varying with use. Low-battery alerts are provided; physical keys and the exterior emergency-power port are fallbacks.

In the sealed box

C220 exterior and interior assemblies, deadbolt hardware, mounting pieces, 8 AA batteries and two physical keys, as specified for the retail set. Confirm the door fit before opening installation hardware.

Does it need a HomeBase or bridge?

No. Wi-Fi is built into the C220. It does not pair with a HomeBase.

Does it support Matter or Apple HomeKit?

No. eufy’s current C220 compatibility information says no Matter, HomeKit or IFTTT support.

How fast does CamGuard Australia dispatch?
