eufy Security Smart Lock C210 (5-in-1) | Manufacturer Renewed (Excellent Condition)
eufy Smart Lock C210 (5-in-1)
One deadbolt. Five ways in. The front-door multitool — app, keypad, key, Apple Watch or a quick word to Alexa. Built-in Wi-Fi, no hub, no monthly fee.
Let's talk "Renewed" first
This lock had a previous life. It went back through the manufacturer's official renewal program — inspected, tested and restored to full working order by Anker, then graded before resale.
This unit is graded Excellent — the top renewed grade. Expect light handling marks at most; nothing you'd notice once it's on the door. It arrives in renewed packaging (not the original retail box), with the hardware and batteries included.
And it's covered: our in-house 12-month CamGuard warranty — this is a CamGuard warranty, not a manufacturer warranty — on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Five tools, one deadbolt
Every multitool earns its keep by folding a handful of jobs into one body. The C210 does the same with your front door — here are the five blades.
Lock, unlock and check status remotely in the eufy Security app.
Illuminated touchscreen. Up to 100 codes, including temporary ones.
Two keys in the box for the old-fashioned days the battery forgets.
Tap to unlock from your wrist — hands full of shopping, sorted.
Ask Alexa or Google Assistant to do the honours.
A code for everyone, and a code for no one
The wired, illuminated touchscreen keypad handles up to 100 different passcodes — a permanent one for the household, a temporary one for the cleaner, a time-limited one for the weekend guest. The surface is smudge and dirt resistant, so tapped-in codes don't leave an obvious trail of fingerprints.
When it's the family arriving, Count-down Auto Lock re-secures the deadbolt on a timer, so nobody has to remember to lock up behind them.
Wi-Fi is built in. So is a Plan B.
The C210 connects straight to your 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi — no HomeBase, no separate bridge, nothing extra to buy or find a power point for. Remote lock/unlock, status checks and code management all run through the free eufy Security app.
Run the AA batteries flat at the worst possible moment? There's an emergency power port on the underside of the exterior keypad — hold a power bank to it for emergency power, tap in your code and you're in. The two physical keys are your backup's backup.
"Keyless, except for the two keys it hands you anyway. It's the front-door multitool that refuses to leave you stranded."— The vibe, in one sentence
The honest bit
Every lock has limits — and this deadbolt has a couple worth knowing before you buy. Here they are, plainly:
This lock is designed around standard deadbolt dimensions: a 25mm (1in) bore, a 38 or 54mm cross-bore, a 60 or 70mm backset, and a door 35–55mm thick. Many Australian doors differ. Fitment is a genuine buyer risk, so grab a tape measure and check the door before ordering — the numbers are all in the "Will it fit your door?" section below.
The latch fits a rectangular faceplate cut-out. It does not fit doors prepped for a rounded latch faceplate. If yours is round, this isn't the lock for that door.
It joins a 2.4GHz network (WPA/WPA2), not a 5GHz-only or hidden SSID. Most routers broadcast both bands — worth a quick check of yours. Same 2.4GHz habit as the eufy cameras.
Voice control is Alexa and Google Assistant only. There's no HomeKit and no Matter support, so don't buy it expecting to add it to an Apple Home. (There's no IFTTT either.)
It's rated IPX3, which suits a sheltered entry door under an eave or porch. A door that cops full driving rain isn't the ideal home for it.
eufy uses "C210" for a SoloCam too. This listing is the Smart Lock C210 (model T8502) — a keyless-entry Wi-Fi deadbolt. If you're after the camera, you're on the wrong page.
This is a Manufacturer Renewed unit, not new stock. Excellent grade means light handling marks at most, and it ships in renewed packaging rather than the original retail box. If you need factory-sealed, this isn't the listing for you.
Why buy it from CamGuard?
Our own in-house warranty on every unit we sell — renewed included. Not a manufacturer warranty: it's us, in Townsville, and we answer our messages.
We grade every unit honestly before it's listed, so what you read is what turns up.

Will it fit your door?
This is the one thing to sort before you buy. Grab a tape measure, run down the checklist, and match your door to these numbers. Every measurement is straight from eufy's C210 door-compatibility guide.
Designed for standard pre-bored deadbolt prep, so measure twice — many Australian doors sit outside these ranges. Not sure? Send us a photo of your door edge and existing latch before you order and we'll give you an honest yes or no.

The field manual
The questions we'd ask before fitting one ourselves.
What exactly does "Manufacturer Renewed" mean?
The unit was previously used, then returned and put through the manufacturer's official renewal process — inspected, tested and restored to full working order by Anker before being graded and resold. This one is graded Excellent, ships in renewed packaging, and is covered by our 12-month CamGuard warranty (a CamGuard warranty, not a manufacturer one).
What does the "Excellent" grade look like cosmetically?
Excellent is the top renewed grade: light handling marks at most, nothing you'd notice once the lock is on the door, and nothing that affects how it works. It won't be flawless like factory-sealed stock, but it's as close as renewed gets.
How do I know it'll fit my door?
Match your door to the fitment numbers above: 35–55mm thick, 60 or 70mm backset, 38 or 54mm cross-bore, 25mm bore, and a rectangular latch hole. It's built for standard pre-bored deadbolt prep, so plenty of Australian doors fall outside those ranges — measure first. Still unsure? Send us a photo of your door edge and latch before ordering and we'll tell you honestly.
Does it need a HomeBase, hub or subscription?
None of them. Wi-Fi is built into the lock — it connects straight to your 2.4GHz network with no bridge or hub, and there are no monthly fees. Everything runs through the free eufy Security app.
What are the five ways to unlock?
The eufy Security app (remotely), a passcode on the touchscreen keypad, one of the two physical keys, your Apple Watch, or a voice command via Alexa or Google Assistant. That's the "5-in-1".
What happens if the batteries go flat?
Two backups. There's an emergency power port on the underside of the exterior keypad — touch a power bank to it for emergency power and tap in your code. And you've still got the two physical keys. The AA batteries are included and last around four months at ten unlocks a day.
Does it work with Apple HomeKit or Matter?
No. This model supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control, but there's no Apple HomeKit, no Matter and no IFTTT. If HomeKit is a must-have, this isn't the lock for you.
Is this the C210 camera?
No — eufy reuses "C210" for a SoloCam. This is the Smart Lock C210 (model T8502), a keyless-entry Wi-Fi deadbolt. If you wanted the camera, you're on the wrong listing.
How do I claim warranty if something goes wrong?
Contact us with your order details and the serial number. Faulty-item returns are always free.
