Included items: Read this listing's contents before choosing accessories. A condition grade alone does not tell you which parts or packaging are included.
Compatibility: This doorbell needs a HomeBase (2, 3 or Professional S1) to work, and the HomeBase doubles as the indoor chime. Not compatible with HomeBase Mini. Note: eufy also sold a wired S330 doorbell (T8203) with different compatibility - this is the battery model.
ELECTRICIAN REQUIRED FOR THE HARDWIRED OPTION Battery/app setup is DIY. If installation adds or replaces a doorbell transformer, power point or any other fixed/mains wiring, that work must be completed by a licensed electrician.
- Install type
- DIY with optional electrician
- You’ll need
- A compatible HomeBase (2, 3 or Professional S1 - not included). Optional continuous-charge route: existing doorbell wiring - electrician work
- Tools
- Phillips screwdriver and a drill for the bracket

Add the extras you need
Check each listing for the exact model pairing and included parts. Unavailable options are left out.
This adds the product shown above and every selected extra in one step. Use the regular Add to cart button for the product on its own.
One camera sees the visitor. The other catches the courier’s creative writing.
The S330 pairs a 2K face view with a downward 1080p package view, because “left in safe place” is not evidence when the safe place is a damp fern two suburbs over.
Tonight on Wattle Court: everybody watches everybody, nobody knows whose wheelie bin is whose, and the only competent member of neighbourhood watch is the dual-camera doorbell.
CamGuard Australia
This is the add-on S330 battery doorbell. It needs an existing HomeBase 2/S280, HomeBase 3/S380 or HomeBase Professional S1 to operate; HomeBase Mini/T8025 is unsupported and no HomeBase is included. The product is Brand New, factory sealed and supplied in original retail packaging. It records motion events rather than continuous 24/7 video.
Darren marks a parcel “handed to resident”. The resident is a pot plant.
The front camera catches the visitor. The downward camera catches the landing zone. Together they preserve the exact moment a courier looks at a fern, decides it has legal capacity, and gives it temporary custody of your headphones.
That is the actual sales point beneath the sitcom: most doorbells frame a face or a doorstep well, but not both. The S330 deliberately uses two cameras so the parcel does not vanish below the main view.
Four local experts. One has read the manual.
Knows every number plate, birthday and council-bin offence without cloud storage.
Believes “near front door” includes anywhere visible from low Earth orbit.
Uses two cameras, local storage and facts. Deeply unpopular at body-corporate drinks.

A face up top. The parcel drama down below.
2K HDR visitor view
160° diagonal field of view
1080p package view
120° diagonal field of view
The two live views appear together in the eufy app. You can see who approached and whether the parcel stayed, left, or was moved by somebody wearing the unmistakable camouflage of a grey hoodie in Queensland summer.
The lower camera also has a motion-activated LED to illuminate the package area in low light. It is not a floodlight; it is enough to stop the bottom half of the clip becoming a black rectangle with shipping anxiety.
The parcel gets arrival alerts, pickup reminders and more supervision than Darren.
Package detection and Delivery Guard can notify you about a delivery and remind you when a parcel remains outside. The camera records the event; it cannot make the courier use the dry corner, close the gate, or resist photographing their own steering wheel as proof.
For a customer, that means fewer “where exactly is it?” laps around the house and a better chance of seeing whether the box arrived, waited and then left with somebody else.

Radar saw movement. PIR checked for body heat. The hedge loses voting rights.

Motion 330/26
eufy says combining radar movement sensing with PIR heat sensing can reduce false alarms by up to 95% in its test scenario. Real gardens, heat and installation vary, so this is an “up to” claim rather than a binding treaty with the bougainvillea.

PLEASE SIT DOWN
Infrared sees the visitor. The lower LED checks the suspicious rectangle.
Infrared-enhanced night vision supports the main view, while the motion-activated porch light helps the package camera see the doorstep. The result is useful evidence after dark without leaving a giant floodlight on all night to announce your power bill to the street.
At 1:08am the “intruder” is revealed as Baz, barefoot, moving the wrong wheelie bin with the confidence of a man who has never once checked the house number.

No HomeBase, no episode. A router alone is just Baz with ambition.
This add-on doorbell pairs with HomeBase 2/S280, HomeBase 3/S380 or HomeBase Professional S1. The compatible base stores recordings locally and can sound as an indoor chime. HomeBase Mini/T8025 is unsupported, and no hub is included with this listing.
HomeBase 3 can add expanded storage and extra recognition features. HomeBase 2 remains a valid partner for the core doorbell. Keep firmware and the eufy Security app current when pairing.
Recharge it, or use suitable existing wires. It still records events.
eufy rates the rechargeable battery at roughly three to six months depending on activity, viewing and conditions. Compatible existing doorbell wiring can provide charging and may control a compatible existing chime when installed correctly. The HomeBase speaker can also act as a chime.
This is not continuous-recording hardware. Connecting it to HomeBase 3 or existing wires does not unlock 24/7 video. It records motion events, which is the battery-life trade-off.
Can suitable wiring support my existing chime?
Battery estimate
The monthly fee arrives with a clipboard. Wattle Court refuses entry.
Recordings save locally to the required HomeBase. Core storage and features do not require a monthly subscription. Optional cloud services may exist, but the doorbell does not hold basic parcel evidence hostage behind a recurring payment.
That matters because subscriptions have become the neighbour who borrows your mower, joins the group chat and somehow still bills you every month. Local storage keeps the core arrangement refreshingly direct.
Direct debit motion denied
Vote: 4–0, with the pot plant abstaining due to a conflict of interest.
Core local recording: no compulsory monthly fee.
Tell the courier “left side, under cover” before the fern gets promoted again.
Two-way audio lets you answer visitors and give delivery directions through the app. It is useful when you are away, upstairs, on a work call, or hiding because the person at the door is holding a clipboard and saying “quick energy comparison”.
Audio quality and response depend on the network. This is a doorbell conversation, not a studio podcast. Speak clearly, keep instructions short, and accept that “behind the blue pot” may still become a philosophical exercise.

Nine props in the shed. The HomeBase is at another address.
The factory-sealed add-on package has one S330 doorbell and eight accessory groups. Baz has checked the pegboard twice and still insists the detaching pin should have its own spin-off.
Visitor visible. Parcel visible. Fern demoted.
The S330 earns its place by solving a real framing problem with two cameras. Add accurate dual detection, local HomeBase storage, Delivery Guard and two-way audio, and the front door becomes less of a neighbourhood mystery.
Darren survives another shift. Baz retrieves his wheelie bin. Aunty Shirl already knew everything. The fern is thanked for its service and removed from the trusted-recipient list.
Starring: the S330 as itself
Darren as “left somewhere safe”
Baz as unsolicited IT support
Aunty Shirl as local facial recognition
The Fern as former parcel custodian

Open shipping, warranty and returns
We do our best to dispatch the same day. Same-day to 1 business day is typical from Townsville; busy periods can extend that window, although this is rare.
Australia Post Express is included on orders over $99.00. Under $99.00, tracked shipping is $9.95 or $12.95 for the Express upgrade.
CamGuard Australia provides its own 12-month warranty, not a manufacturer warranty, alongside Australian Consumer Law rights.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyer pays return postage and original shipping is not refunded. For a fault or misdescription inside 12 months, we cover return postage.
Typical dispatch is same-day to 1 business day; during busy periods the window may extend slightly. Aunty Shirl will probably know when the van leaves before the tracking email does.
