This adds the product shown above and every selected extra in one step. Use the regular Add to cart button for the product on its own.
Brand New · Factory Sealed
The final clue is your own PIN.
A physical keypad for changing a compatible eufy HomeBase system between Away, Home, Custom and Off. Six codes can enter the mystery. Zero compatible hubs means the door to useful operation stays firmly shut.

Investigator briefing · no fog machine required
A keypad for the household member who left their phone beside the couch.
The T8960 gives a compatible eufy HomeBase a physical control point near an entry. It is useful for family, visitors and the person carrying twelve grocery bags. It is not a standalone alarm, a camera, a Wi-Fi keypad or a secret portal to emergency services.
Lock one · the four tumblers
Every mode has a place on the dial.
The keypad sends your selected system-mode command to the paired, compatible HomeBase. The resulting behaviour depends on the cameras, sensors, settings and firmware configured in that system.
Clue wall · access-code logic
Six suspects. Four to eight digits each.
Create up to six access codes per HomeBase. Codes are normally four to eight digits and can carry expiry dates, so the dog sitter need not inherit permanent membership of the household escape-room society.
Separate codes make household access easier to manage than one mystery PIN whispered across three generations.
Time-limited access is available for a code when the current app and compatible system support the configured expiry.
Codes and mode behaviour are created through the eufy Security app after the keypad is paired to its HomeBase.
Vault prerequisite · compatibility before cart
The HomeBase is not a bonus clue. It is mandatory.
A compatible eufy HomeBase is required and sold separately. Update to the latest available firmware before pairing. The figures below are the documented minimum routes on this listing, not permission to ignore a newer firmware update or exact regional guidance.
Red drawer · panic boundary
A two-second alarm command, not a tiny emergency dispatcher.
Holding the panic control for two seconds triggers the configured HomeBase alarm and account notifications. It does not call police, ambulance, fire services or a monitoring centre. Notification delivery and alarm behaviour depend on the compatible system, power, connectivity, settings and recipient action.
Hourglass room · power file
Rated up to 180 days. Charged by yesterday's cable.
A built-in 2,600mAh rechargeable battery powers the keypad. eufy's rating is up to 180 days per charge, not a fixed promise; use, signal conditions, backlight activity, temperature and battery age affect actual duration.
- Built-in rechargeable 2,600mAh battery.
- Up to 180 days per charge under eufy's stated conditions.
- Charge indoors with the included cable and a suitable adapter.
- A USB charging adapter is not included.
Long corridor · radio range
Two hundred metres only exists in the open-area version of the puzzle.
The published figure is up to 200 metres in open area. Walls, floors, foil insulation, metal, interference and HomeBase placement reduce real range. Pair it first, then test the exact doorway rather than measuring an imaginary empty paddock.
Dark room · the sensor's only job
It wakes the button lights. It does not guard the room.
The sensor on the front is documented for activating the keypad backlight in the dark. It is not a motion detector for security, not an alarm zone and not a substitute for a separate compatible sensor.
BUTTON BACKLIGHT ONLY
NO SECURITY ZONE
Evidence board · genuine product media
The object behind the clues.
These are product views from the live listing. The drawn vault, corridor and dossier are presentation scenery; the T8960 shown here is the genuine eufy keypad offered.

Master ledger · specifications
Every useful clue, in plain sight.
Evidence bags · exact sealed-box contents
The whole contents section. Case closed.
Brand New means the standard contents below remain factory sealed in the full original retail pack. We do not silently turn an unlisted power adapter or HomeBase into a fictional accomplice.

The standard mounting bracket supplied for positioning the keypad.
The three documented screws included in the sealed retail package.
The charging cable for the keypad. This is Micro-USB, not USB-C.

Wrong-door cards · choose another route if...
Five ways this clue does not fit.
Route map · four setup rooms
Pair first. Mount after the signal test.
Unbroken seal · condition grade
Brand New means the mystery starts with you.
Brand New is CamGuard Australia's grading for a factory-sealed item in its full original retail packaging with the standard contents listed above. It has not been opened, mounted, paired, charged or used by CamGuard Australia.
The outer retail pack may carry normal transit or storage wear without changing the sealed Brand New product condition. Ask before ordering if presentation-grade carton condition matters for a gift.
Front desk · shipping, returns and cover
No escape-room logic in the practical terms.
Townsville dispatch
Express shipping is included on orders over $99. Under $99, choose $9.95 tracked standard or $12.95 Express. We do our best to dispatch the same day; same-day to one business day is typical, although busy periods can extend. Ask before ordering if a fixed installation date depends on it.
CamGuard cover
CamGuard Australia provides our own 12-month in-house warranty. It is not a manufacturer warranty, and it operates alongside rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Keep your order details as the useful clue if support is needed.
Clear returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when complete, unused and in the condition supplied. The buyer pays return postage and original shipping is not refunded. If faulty or not as described, contact us first; CamGuard covers return postage for the appropriate remedy.
