The S1 starts with 32GB eMMC. For longer retention, fit a compatible direct-fit 3.5-inch SATA drive up to 16TB. A 2.5-inch SSD needs a separate adapter. Drive and adapter are sold separately.

eufy describes 24-hour backup for continuous video operation. Actual duration changes with connected equipment, streams, storage, battery health, configuration and operating conditions.
A backed-up hub cannot restore a failed router, internet service or remote platform. The published 120dB siren figure is measured at 0.1 metre; audibility and response vary with distance and environment.

Which exact S1 variant is this?

What changes when using the US variant here?

Shipping, returns and warranty
Australia Post Express is included on orders of $99.00 or more after discounts. Under $99.00, tracked Standard is $9.95 or Express is $12.95. We do our best to get orders out the same day. Same-day to one business day is our typical dispatch time from Townsville, Queensland; during busy periods it can extend, though that is rare. Tracking is sent as soon as the label is made.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, complete and unused. The buyer pays return postage, and original shipping is not refunded.
CamGuard Australia provides our own 12-month warranty. It is not a manufacturer warranty. Australian Consumer Law rights and remedies continue to apply. If an item is faulty or not as described, we cover reasonable return postage and provide the remedy required by law.
