- eufy's page lists no camera or video feature for this lock, so treat it as a lock only. There is no lens, live feed or recorded footage listed for this model.
- Palm vein unlocks. It does not lock. eufy states palm vein recognition works for unlocking only. Locking is done at the keypad, in the app or with the lock/unlock button.
- It ships under 30% charge. eufy ships the lock with a low charge for shipping reasons. Charge it fully before you rely on it.
- It is not compatible with storm doors. eufy is explicit on this: do not install it on a door with a storm door, or any door, in front of it.

- Which name your paperwork uses. eufy sells this exact hardware, model T85P0111, as the FamiLock E34 on its US site and as the FamiLock E35 on its Australian site. What you need
Before you bring it home
Charge the main battery before fitting the lock; eufy specifies a 5 V / 2 A supply and USB-C cable for charging. It uses its own Wi-Fi for the eufy app. Matter is optional and has platform-specific hub requirements. Check door clearance, especially where a screen or storm door sits in front.
Power and connection
Backup power has a specific job
The built-in 750 mAh backup is charged by the main battery and preserves palm and PIN entry when the main battery is unavailable. It is a limited backup mode, not a promise of every connected feature operating through an outage. Keep the main battery charged for normal use.
- Charge the battery fully first. It ships under 30% charge. eufy quotes 6 to 8 hours over USB-C before first use.
- Measure and prepare the door. Confirm door thickness, backset, cross bore and door hole diameter against eufy's figures, then remove the existing lock.
- Install the deadbolt, exterior and interior assemblies. Fit the deadbolt, mount the exterior assembly with the palm scanner and keypad, then the interior assembly with the battery.
- Install the strike plate and reinforcer. Check the strike hole depth, then fit the strike reinforcer and strike plate over it.
- Set up the app and register a palm. Download the eufy app, add the FamiLock E34, then follow the in-app steps to register a palm vein ID once the lock is fully installed.

Will it work on a door with a storm door or security screen door in front?
eufy does not recommend it. The published guidance is against installing on a door with a storm door, or any door, in front of it, as it might block the view. If your entry has a screen door in front of the main door, message us before buying.
Does it have a camera?
No. eufy's page lists no camera or video feature for this lock, so treat it as a lock only. Other locks in eufy's range do include a camera; this model does not.
When will it ship, and what does delivery cost?
