One step. No reference number.

The eufy FamiLock E34 reads the vein pattern under the skin of your palm and throws the deadbolt. eufy publishes 0.6-second recognition at 99.9% accuracy, up to 50 palm profiles, held on the lock. No form. No queue. No hold music.
REF: —
You won't be issued one. Nothing here needs quoting to anybody, ever.
Brand new. Factory sealed, full original retail packaging.
A brand new eufy FamiLock E34 in its full original retail box, seal intact — not split from a kit, not open box, not renewed.
It carries our own 12-month warranty — CamGuard Australia's, not a manufacturer warranty — alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty or not as described inside those 12 months and we cover the return postage.
The figures, as eufy publishes them
Every number below came off eufy's product page for T85P0111 or the official user guide, read 3 August 2026. Where eufy publishes nothing, neither do we.
* One of us did try to time it. The door was open before the phone's stopwatch was.
Proving you live here: two available methods
One is how we've all been trained to prove who we are. The other is a door. Every accepted method below is something the E34 genuinely does.
Three things worth knowing before you buy
Two batteries, so the door never argues
A 10,000mAh pack does the work — eufy rates it at up to 8 months. Behind the cover, a 750mAh backup it tops up itself: up to 2 weeks of emergency use.
The Wi-Fi is in the lock
No bridge required, in eufy's words. The lock joins your network itself, so remote locking through the app costs nothing extra in hardware.
A deadbolt swap, tape measure first
Under 15 minutes and no drilling, per eufy, on a door already prepped for a deadbolt. The catch is the prep — it's specified around US and Canada dimensions, so measure first.
Notice of assessment
Issued before purchase, not after. Better to find a dealbreaker here than at the door, screwdriver in hand.

buying
Why buy it from us
Genuine stock, sitting here
An independent importer of genuine eufy Security products, with this unit on our own shelf in Queensland — not drop-shipped from a warehouse whose tracking never moves.
Dispatch without the queue
We do our best to get orders out the same day; same-day to 1 business day is our typical dispatch from Townsville. In a busy period it can extend a little, though that's rare.
A warranty we answer for
12 months, honoured by us, on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights. Faulty or not as described and we cover the return postage.
Measurements before money
Send your thickness, backset and cross bore first. We'd rather talk you out of a lock that won't fit.
What it fits, and what it doesn't
- You specifically want fingerprint unlock — this model doesn't have it
- Your door is a storm door, or sits behind one
- It falls outside 35–55 mm thick, or has no separate deadbolt bore
- You want a local manufacturer counter — eufy doesn't list the E34 on its AU store
- You'd rather never charge a lock — this takes USB-C, not fresh AAs
- Arms full, every single time — shopping, toddler, dog lead, and a door that opens anyway
- Households enrolling several people — up to 50 palm profiles is a lot of relatives
- People who refuse to buy a hub just to lock a door remotely
- Matter households already running Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa or SmartThings
- Anyone who wants a real key and an emergency USB-C port as genuine fallbacks
- Buyers who measured first and landed inside eufy's numbers
- People who want the factory-sealed retail box
- 1 · Charge it fully first — 6–8 hours on USB-C. Red LED charging, blue full
- 2 · Measure the door — and confirm it isn't a storm door
- 3 · Fit the deadbolt — 60 mm as supplied, faceplate rotated 180° for 70 mm
- 4 · Hang the exterior assembly — tailpiece through the deadbolt, cables underneath
- 5 · Mount the interior side — cables through the plate (mind the UP/DOWN markings), power cable first, radar cable second
- 6 · Strike plate, battery, app — then register your palm vein ID
- 7 · There is no step 7. That's the whole idea. Nobody rings to confirm receipt of step 6
- Exterior assembly — palm scanner, motion sensors, keypad, emergency USB-C port and keyhole, status light
- Interior assembly — thumbturn, lock/unlock button, battery compartment, set button
- Deadbolt (adjustable 60/70 mm), strike plate and reinforcer, all four screw sets, spare screw
- Rechargeable 10,000mAh battery
- Mechanical keys and the quick start guide
- Not included: a 5V/2A adapter, USB-C cable and Phillips screwdriver — eufy's "What You Need (Not Provided)" list

Shipping, warranty and returns
Shipping
Australia Post Express included on every order over $99.00. Under $99.00: $9.95 flat tracked ($12.95 Express upgrade). We do our best to get orders out the same day; same-day to 1 business day is our typical dispatch from Townsville. During busy periods that can extend a little, though it's rare.
Warranty
A 12-month CamGuard Australia warranty, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our own in-house warranty — not a manufacturer warranty, not administered by eufy or Anker Innovations. Faulty or not as described inside 12 months and we cover the return postage.
Returns
Changed your mind? 30 days from delivery. The buyer pays return postage and the original shipping isn't refunded; the item should come back in its original condition and packaging. Faulty or warranty returns are different — we cover that postage.
Conditions: the door must be a door. The palm must be attached to a person, and that person must be present — a photograph of a hand is not a hand, which is the whole premise of reading veins instead of surfaces. Enrolment stops at 50; relative 51 uses the keypad like everybody else. Nothing here excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and none of it is a reference number.
Answered without a callback
No. It's a palm vein lock — it reads the vein pattern under the skin. The round cover under the keypad looks like a fingerprint sensor on other locks. On this one it isn't.
No. Wi-Fi is built in — eufy's wording is "no bridge required" — so the app works without a hub. A Matter hub only comes into it for Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa or SmartThings.
The 750mAh backup in the cover takes over — eufy rates it at up to 2 weeks, and it runs the lock while the main pack is out charging. Beyond that, the emergency USB-C port outside, and the keyhole.
Measure thickness (35–55 mm), cross bore (38 or 54 mm), backset (60 or 70 mm), door hole (25.4 mm), clearance (45 mm) and strike hole depth (25.4 mm). Send us the numbers for a straight answer.
No. We checked eufy's AU smart lock range on 3 August 2026 and the E34 isn't in it — the AU FamiLock line is the S3 Max. No Australian RRP to quote, no local eufy retail channel, which is why our own 12-month warranty is the support path.

We do. The 12-month warranty is CamGuard Australia's own, not eufy's. Message us with your order number — faulty or not as described and we cover the return postage.
Submission complete. No further action required.
A brand new, factory-sealed palm vein deadbolt with its own Wi-Fi, two batteries, a real key as backup and no hub to buy — out of Townsville same day where we can, warrantied by us for 12 months.
You will not be issued a reference number. Hold up a hand instead.
