Detection categories are filters, not guarantees. The camera records and classifies activity; it does not prevent events or promise a perfect label every time.

The integrated 0.7W panel can add energy when it receives suitable sunlight. Activity, live view, settings, temperature, shade and placement all change consumption and input.
Integrated SolarPlus 2.0 panel. It is built into the camera; an optional external panel is supported but not included.
13,000mAh internal rechargeable battery. No fixed runtime or charge-free outcome is promised.
Weather-resistant outdoor build. Suitable for outdoor placement, not submersion or careless installation.

The E40 records 2K, 4MP video at an enhanced 2688 × 1520 resolution. A wide field of view helps cover a scene; digital review cannot invent detail that distance, glare or motion never captured.
Results vary with placement, distance, motion, lighting, weather, settings and scene contrast. Treat the camera as a useful witness, not a crystal ball with architectural cladding.

Designed to make use of available ambient light for colour viewing. It is not a promise of daylight colour in complete darkness.
The practical option when the scene is genuinely dark and visible colour is unavailable.
Add visible light when colour footage is preferred, subject to placement, distance and settings.
Full-duplex two-way audio uses the built-in microphone and speaker through the eufy Security app. Talk to a visitor; do not negotiate with a penguin.
