THE LEDGER CORRECTS
The 2C Pro does not have a visitor press-button and does not become a doorbell. Talking requires the connected camera system and your app; the fictional shop bell adds absolutely no features.
Milk orders still require an actual milk shop.

Three things worth pointing at.
A people-focused detection feature for motion events. The camera has a setting for humans; the milk bar had a stool.
Ledger: detection is not perfect. Tune sensitivity and placement instead of making the empty jar responsible for false alerts.
A fixed field of view for your chosen outdoor position. Pick the useful corner before appointing it manager.
Ledger: this camera does not pan or tilt by motor. The street does not fit in one lolly bag.

One light left on.
The built-in spotlight supports colour viewing at night, while infrared provides another night-viewing mode. The evening shift has more than a faded OPEN sticker to work with.

The original HomeBase, HomeBase E, HomeBase 2, HomeBase 3 and HomeBase Professional S1 support the 2C Pro family. Use current firmware and confirm the exact configuration before purchase.
No HomeBase is included. This camera does not work independently on home Wi-Fi. A bag labelled “complete kit” would be an incorrect bag.

The crate has packed the camera’s working companions: its mounting bracket, charging cable, fixing hardware and printed guide. It has not quietly promoted the order to a multi-camera kit.

Start with the hub
Have a compatible HomeBase connected and ready in the eufy app. Update the relevant firmware. The camera cannot interview your router for the missing HomeBase position.

Charge, then pair
Charge the camera following the manufacturer instructions, then add it through the app’s pairing process. Its battery is built in; it is not a spare-battery swap system.

Try the view before mounting
Confirm the wireless connection and view at the intended position. Check the manufacturer’s installation guidance and the mounting arrangement required for your surface.

Tune your actual corner
Set detection and recording options, try an app conversation and review a test event. Point the camera thoughtfully within your property. The lolly jars are not authorised to choose your privacy settings.
Outside the shop window
Made for the outdoor position you choose.
The IP67 rating suits outdoor use. It does not remove the need to follow installation guidance, keep connections correctly sealed and maintain the equipment.
The camera records, it does not prevent incidents. A weather rating is not a security outcome, and a good vantage point does not grant a view through parked cars.
Keep the chosen view, wireless connection and practical access for charging in mind. “Under the awning somewhere” was the milk delivery instruction, not an installation plan.

- You need a standalone Wi-Fi camera without a HomeBase.
- You need continuous recording instead of battery-powered event clips.
- You want a visitor to press a doorbell button.
- You require an unmarked, new-looking body; this is Fair-grade renewed stock.
- You need motorised pan and tilt rather than a fixed 135° view.
- You want to avoid recharging a built-in battery.
The shop sign says “back in five”. The ledger says battery runtime depends on use, settings and conditions. The ledger wins this argument.

Manufacturer Renewed says who refurbished and tested the product. Fair / Grade C says that visible cosmetic wear is expected. Our warranty says CamGuard Australia provides its own support and cover alongside your consumer rights.
None of these receipts turns the camera into new stock. The drawer has rejected that paperwork twice.

Can I take this home without owning a HomeBase?
You can buy it, but you will need a compatible eufy HomeBase before using it. This single-camera listing does not include one. The camera cannot connect directly to the router as a standalone Wi-Fi camera. Confirm your intended HomeBase model and current firmware before committing to the extra camera.
Is Fair just a polite way of saying new?
No. This is previously used Manufacturer Renewed Fair stock, professionally refurbished and tested by the manufacturer. Grade C means visible cosmetic wear, including scuffs or marks. We do not represent the pristine manufacturer illustrations as photographs of your exact unit, and we do not claim we tested your individual camera.
Does the little shop bell mean it works as a doorbell?
No. The bell belongs to the fictional milk-bar design. The real 2C Pro is an outdoor camera with two-way audio through the eufy app, and it does not have a visitor doorbell button. A compatible connected HomeBase system is required for the camera’s normal operation; the illustration cannot supply it.
Will it record the whole day while I am away?
This model uses motion-triggered event recording rather than continuous twenty-four-hour recording. Detection, clip behaviour and available footage depend on your setup and settings. If an uninterrupted recording timeline is essential to you, choose a suitable continuous-recording system instead of asking this battery camera to take on the wrong shift.
Is the battery a fresh six-month guarantee?
No fixed runtime is promised for this renewed unit. Actual battery life varies with activity, settings, temperature and use. The battery is rechargeable and built in, with Micro-USB charging. Plan a mounting location you can reach safely for charging rather than treating a general manufacturer estimate as a calendar appointment.
Does choosing a supported hub make every feature identical?
No. Exact feature support varies by HomeBase and firmware, so check the combination you intend to use. The camera supports 2K video in the eufy system; supported HomeKit configurations limit video to 1080p. Compatibility with the family is useful evidence, but it is not a promise of identical features through every hub.
When does the parcel leave your counter?
We do our best to get orders out the same day. Same-day to one business day is our typical dispatch time from Townsville, QLD. During busy periods it can extend, although that is rare. Dispatch is separate from Australia Post transit time, which varies; use your tracking for delivery progress.

Below that threshold, tracked shipping is nine dollars and ninety-five cents or Express is twelve dollars and ninety-five cents. Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with the item complete, unused and in resaleable condition. The buyer pays the return postage, and original shipping is not refunded. Contact us to arrange a return. These conditions do not limit your rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods.
Our own 12-month warranty
Your purchase has a 12-month CamGuard Australia warranty. This is our own warranty, not a manufacturer warranty. Australian Consumer Law rights continue alongside it. For an item that is faulty or not as described, we cover return postage and handle the appropriate remedy under our warranty and your consumer rights.
