Compatibility: Battery doorbell that works on its own - records to a microSD card (up to 128 GB, sold separately). No chime in the box: pair eufy Chime 2 (T8026), MiniBase Chime (T8023), a HomeBase or an Alexa Echo speaker (Google speakers cannot act as its chime). Optional hub pairing: HomeBase 2, 3, Mini or Professional S1.
ELECTRICIAN REQUIRED FOR THE HARDWIRED OPTION Battery/app setup is DIY. If installation adds or replaces a doorbell transformer, power point or any other fixed/mains wiring, that work must be completed by a licensed electrician.

Choose the lane before cardio.
The C30 needs 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. It can take the standalone lane with a compatible microSD card, or an optional eufy base/chime lane.
Standalone local lane
Use the doorbell with a compatible microSD card up to 128 GB. The card is sold separately.
Optional pairing lane
Optional supported hubs include HomeBase Mini (T8025), HomeBase 2/S280, HomeBase 3/S380 and HomeBase Professional S1. MiniBase Chime T8023 is a separate compatible accessory. All are sold separately, and storage and feature support vary by device and firmware.
Not compatible
No Apple HomeKit. No existing mechanical chime. No eufy T8020, T8740, T8742 chimes. No amount of speaking to the membership manager changes that list.

No. Use a compatible microSD card up to 128 GB, sold separately. Optional cloud services remain available if you choose them.
Does the C30 record continuously?
No. This battery doorbell records motion events. It is not a 24/7 recorder and it does not have pre-roll.
What network and chime setup does it need?
It requires 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. It can work standalone with microSD, or use HomeBase Mini (T8025), HomeBase 2/S280, HomeBase 3/S380, HomeBase Professional S1 or the separate MiniBase Chime T8023, subject to current firmware and feature support. It does not support Apple HomeKit, an existing mechanical chime, or eufy T8020/T8740/T8742 chimes.
