Will the key work in my hub?
HomeBase 3 (S380) only. HomeBase 2, HomeBase Mini, HomeBase Pro S1, PoE NVR S4 and S4 Max are excluded. The manager's master-key speech has been withdrawn.
Where's the monthly invoice?
There isn't one for local recording on HomeBase 3. You buy the drive once. The manager has taken this personally.
How many days can I keep?
No fixed day count: camera count, resolution and event volume affect retention. A terabyte is capacity, not a calendar with confidence issues.
Is it actually unused?
Yes. Factory sealed in the manufacturer's anti-static bag, never run or formatted. OEM packaging, no retail carton. Its employment history is beautifully blank.
Do I lose the original 16 GB?
No. It's non-removable. After fitting and formatting, the drive takes new recordings first; the built-in storage becomes the reserve if it fills. Demoted, not evicted.
When does it leave the office? We do our best to get orders out the same day. Same-day to 1 business day is our typical dispatch time; during busy periods it can extend, though that's rare.
