The cable adds reach between two compatible USB-C devices. It lets the panel move towards useful sun while the camera stays where the view makes sense.

Can I assume T8705 compatibility from this cable page?
The current cable page does not publish a model-by-model compatibility list. Confirm the exact panel, cable, adapter and camera chain; the T8705 panel kit can support specified Micro-USB cameras through its own supplied adapters.
Can two cables be chained for a 6 metre run?
We advise against it. eufy supplies this as a single 3 metre extension and does not specify chaining. A longer improvised run can introduce voltage drop.
Does the cable fix a panel that is still shaded?
No. The cable only lets you move the panel. The panel still needs useful sunlight; the extension cannot generate power.
Is the connection suitable outdoors?
The current accessory page does not publish an O-ring specification. Confirm the complete weather-seal fit before installation, seat the connector fully and route the cable so water runs away from the join.
