Is the parent monitor included?
Yes. This is the Monitor and Camera Kit: one T8354 camera, one 5-inch dedicated parent monitor and its charging stand. The camera-only add-on is a separate product.
What does Excellent condition mean?
Previously used, then refurbished and tested through the manufacturer's renewal programme. Excellent is the top renewed grade and should be close to unmarked, but a light cosmetic mark is still possible. It comes in its original retail box with the complete original supplied accessory set, but is not promised as new or factory sealed.
Does it work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Camera and monitor use a direct local link and arrive paired. No Wi-Fi, router, account or app is needed for local monitoring.
Which app does it use?
The current eufy app, optionally. Local monitor viewing needs no app; phone features require the camera to connect directly to a private 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. HomeBase is not required or included.
Can it show two rooms?
With a second compatible E21 camera bought separately, yes: two feeds on split screen. Two cameras is the monitor's maximum.
Is the memory card included?
No. The camera accepts a Class 10-or-better microSD card up to 128 GB. 24/7 app recording requires Wi-Fi.
