The C10 camera needs continuous USB-C power and a suitable private home Wi-Fi network for app use. Use eufy app version 5.6.0 or later. This camera-only listing does not add a parent screen automatically; an optional compatible C10 screen is a separate item, not interchangeable with every baby monitor.

Add a card for recordings
A microSD card goes in the camera for local recordings, with capacity supported up to 128 GB. The card is sold separately. A camera-only purchase does not include a parent screen, and adding a screen does not replace the need to choose suitable recording storage.

Optional C10 parent screen: open Camera Settings → Add Camera on the screen and follow its pairing prompts. This is a separate viewing option, not a prerequisite for app setup. Use the latest eufy app and keep firmware up to date; the eufy Baby app is not compatible.

Can I use it with just my phone?
Yes. Connect the camera directly to your private home Wi-Fi and set it up in the eufy app on your iPhone or Android phone. A C10 parent monitor and HomeBase are not required for this use.
Is a parent screen included or required?
No screen is included, and you do not need one for Wi-Fi/app viewing. An optional C10 parent screen adds dedicated local viewing without Wi-Fi and supports up to two C10 cameras.
Will it connect to my E21 or HomeBase?
No. E20, E21, E110 and HomeBase are not compatible. HomeBase is not needed for standalone app use. If you want a dedicated parent screen, choose the compatible C10 monitor.
Can it run without being plugged in?
No. There is no built-in camera battery. The camera needs continuous power through its provided USB-C cable.
Which app should I use?
Use the eufy app. Select Add Device, then Care, Baby Camera and Baby Monitor C10, and scan the QR code on the bottom of the camera. The eufy Baby app is a different app and is not compatible.
Does the memory card come with it?
No. Supply your own suitable microSD card for local recordings. The card slot sits underneath the camera lens. For recorded playback, open the camera's Live View → Playback in the eufy app.
