Is an Excellent renewed unit worse than a new one?
No. The grade describes the housing, not the electronics, and a renewed unit runs the same published spec sheet. The difference is cosmetic, plus the packaging it ships in.
Do I need a HomeBase or a subscription?
No to both. It records to your microSD card with no monthly fee. HomeBase 2, 3 or Professional S1 are optional; HomeBase Mini won’t run it.
Does it record all day?
On battery and solar it records events. For all-day recording, eufy says to run it on a cable (wired mode) with a microSD card, or pair it to a HomeBase 3 with a hard drive.
Can I cut alerts from the footpath?
Yes, with activity zones. They change which parts of the scene trigger recordings and alerts, not what the camera can see.
When will my order leave Townsville?

The camera can automatically follow motion around the yard. It does not solve the bloke reversing a trailer for nine minutes, and it can follow a detected subject through its available range while three adults offer instructions nobody requested.
