Good to know.

Is a renewed unit worse at its job than a new one?

No. Any marks sit on the housing, not in the electronics. A renewed unit runs the same published spec sheet; the difference is cosmetic marks and the packaging.

Can it record all day?

Yes, on direct power through the separate cable (not included). On battery and sun it records events.

Does colour night vision work in total darkness?

Colour needs some light. In complete darkness eufy recommends infrared, or switch on the spotlight.

When will my order leave Townsville?

We do our best to get orders out the same day; same day to 1 business day is our typical dispatch time from Townsville, Queensland. During busy periods it can take a little longer, though that’s rare. Australia Post delivery time is on top.
