This C35 was used, then went through the manufacturer’s renewal process. There’s one condition and nothing to choose between: the white housing can look close to new or carry some scuffs or marks. Either way it’s fully working, on the same published spec sheet as a new C35.

Good to know.
Does renewed mean it works any less?
No. Any scuffs or marks are on the white housing and cosmetic only. A renewed C35 runs the same published spec sheet as a new one, under our own 12-month warranty.
Do I need a HomeBase?
No. It runs on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi with a microSD card up to 256 GB, not included. A HomeBase is optional.
How long does the battery last?
eufy publishes no battery-life figure for the C35; it depends on activity, temperature, Wi-Fi signal and settings. A full charge takes about 4 hours on a 5 V / 2 A adapter. An external eufy solar panel is supported, sold separately.
When will my order leave Townsville?

What does Manufacturer Renewed mean here?
The camera was previously used, then professionally refurbished and tested under eufy's renewal programme. There is one condition rather than a choice of looks, so some units arrive close to new and others with some scuffs or marks. All standard accessories are included, but original product packaging is not. CamGuard Australia provides its own 12-month in-house warranty; we do not claim to have tested your individual unit.
Can it be my first eufy camera?
Yes. You can connect this C35 directly to a suitable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi router using the eufy app. You do not have to own a HomeBase first. Add a supported microSD card for local recordings in that setup; the camera has no built-in recording storage and no card is supplied.
Does it record continuously or need a subscription?
The C35 records events, not a continuous 24/7 timeline. Local storage does not require a monthly subscription. Supply a supported microSD card or a compatible HomeBase, complete the storage setup and check that events are saving. Optional separately purchased services are not included in this listing.
How often will it need charging?
There is no fixed interval for every home. Activity levels, recording duration, live viewing, Wi-Fi signal, temperature and settings affect the 6,500mAh battery. Charge using USB-C and a suitable 5V/2A adapter. A compatible external solar panel is optional and sold separately; it is not in this pack.
What should I expect from colour night vision?
PureColor retains colour in suitable low light without relying on a spotlight. Results depend on light, distance, reflections, weather and placement; check the installed view after dark.
