Straight up — this one has had a previous life.
This unit is refurbished directly by eufy — meaning it was previously owned, returned to eufy, and then put through their official refurbishment process. It's not open-box and it's not "as new". Expect visible cosmetic marks: scratches on the housing, scuffs on the mount, possibly faded UV on the sun-facing side, minor discolouration. That's the honest reality of a factory-refurbished outdoor camera.
What it isn't is broken, flaky, or missing parts. eufy's refurbishment process restores it to full working order before it's re-certified.
