The SoloCam S220 is a standalone camera. It works straight out of the bag with just your Wi-Fi — no HomeBase, no hub, no subscription. But you can optionally pair it with a HomeBase 3 down the track if you want extra features. Here's the full picture.

Straight up — this one's had a life.
This unit is refurbished directly by eufy — meaning it was previously owned, returned to eufy, and put through their official refurbishment process before being re-certified for resale. It's not "open box" and it's not "as new". Expect visible cosmetic marks: scratches on the housing, scuffs on the mount, possible UV fading on the sun-facing side, maybe some minor discolouration. That's the reality of an outdoor camera that's done a previous tour of duty.
What it absolutely isn't is broken, flaky, or missing parts. eufy's refurbishment process restores it to full working order before re-certification. We then test it again here in Townsville before it leaves our door. And you still get every original accessory — the camera, mounting hardware, cable, screws, everything. The only thing you won't get is the shiny retail box.
