According to recent ABS reporting, break-ins, theft and unlawful entry have risen nationwide, with Queensland consistently among the hardest-hit states according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (2025). For many families, the idea of “home security” has shifted from a luxury to a necessity...

But feeling safe shouldn’t depend on the size of your wallet.

We believe security is a fundamental right. So we've built CamGuard Australia around a simple promise: Make high-quality home security affordable and accessible to everyday Australians.

We do this by stripping out the unnecessary middle-men, sourcing premium security tech at fair prices, and passing those savings directly on to you. Yes, that often means importing products that traditional retailers mark up well beyond what’s reasonable. We’d rather keep costs low and transparency high.

We provide free 30-day returns on all of our products. We just ask that they be returned in the same condition as recieved. We do our best to make these situations seamless as possible and provide you a return postage label to print out and use to post the return.

Our items are covered by a 12-month warranty provided by CamGuard Australia - this means we handle warranties directly with customers instead of redirecting you to manufacturers :)
We know how important these devices are to your household - therefore we try to minimise your downtime in the rare occurrence you experience a product failure and use Australia Post Express to dispatch warranty replacement units. View our warranty policy for further details.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We use Australia Post Express to ship out items. All orders are shipped from our base in Townsville, Queensland. As a guide we generally see Queensland orders take 1-2 business days, NSW, VIC and SA 2-3 business days, and WA (we ❤️ you) are a little longer at 3-5 business days.

We aim to ship out orders same-day if placed before 2pm AEST. However, to set an expectation, please expect it to be dispatched within 1-business day of your order being placed (excluding pre-orders). Orders and sent from Townsville, Queensland.
